    On 5/23/23 Basin Water Solutions worked on changing filters under kitchen sink . Made arrangements to install a new water softener system. On 5/30/23 Basin Water Solutions installed the new system and had said a cover would be installed but the person building the cover was retired and wanted the money $2000 up front. Payment was made and was told it would take 2 weeks. I emailed them on June 12, 2023 and was told the cover was being built . They responded via text. I called on July 21, 2023 and was told the person building the cover was sick and they would have it installed before winter. But not sure which winter of which year he was referring to.

    As the client stated in the complaint we installed a new water softener on 5/30/23.  We informed her that the fabricator that we normal use to build the covers was retired and we were going to have a different company fabricate the cover for her water softener.  She emailed us 12 days later and we told her that the cover was being built to our knowledge.  We were waiting to hear from the fabricator for completion of the cover and client called us to follow up.  We immediately called to follow up with the fabricator of the cover and was informed that the gentleman that was building the cover was out sick with COVID.  We notified **** (our client) immediately and assured her that we would be sure to get it installed as soon as we had it from the fabricator however we did not have an ETA because the fabricator had shut down operations due to COVID.  We received notice of the BBB complaint and pressed the fabricator to complete the project.  As the attached screenshots show, we communicated with **** that we received delivery of the completed cover on 08/21/23.  We installed the cover and the project is now completed which as resolved this complaint.
