      I am filing a complaint against A-AAA Key Mini Storage at ******************************************* regarding unfair and unauthorized fees added to my storage unit account. I rented Unit# x** at this facility under a contract that listed a specific monthly rate and standard fees. Recently, I was notified that my unit is at risk of being auctioned off due to nonpayment. However, the total balance now includes an added auction fee of $115.00 that was not included in my original rental agreement or disclosed in advance. I believe this charge is unjustified and may be illegal under Arkansas law. I have contacted the company to dispute this fee and to request a breakdown and a hold on auction actions, but they have not resolved the issue. I am requesting that your office investigate this matter, help stop unlawful auction, and ensure the company honors only the terms originally agreed to.

      Hello, We sold that property to Trusted Self Storage in January of 2023. They have not removed the ***** Key signs which I presumme is the reason the claim was filed against our company instead of Trusted. Please direct all complaints to Trusted Self Storage.       Please note that this facility is no longer owned or operated by Key Storage. It was sold in January 2023 and is now under the ownership and management of Trusted Self Storage. While the Key Storage signage may still be visible on the property, this does not reflect current ownership. All inquiries or complaints should be directed to Trusted Self Storage, as Key Storage has no affiliation with the facility.

      I rented storage unit from A-AaaKey Mini Storage on *********************, *********** ** thinking I would store my house hold goods and go traveling. Before I could store my household goods with A Aaaa key mini storage, I decided to move to **************************************************************************...and that is what I did as of Saturday, 20 May.Tried calling storage and after 32 hung up calls decided to quit. All I wanted to do was tell them I would not be using the unit. *************************

They have unfortunately not updated their signage to reflect that it is now a Trusted Self Storage facility. I called and left a message for *********************** and also text her this information as well so that her complaint can be directed to the proper person or department.
