We have had 3 and now a 4th appointment set with Legend for a single repair. Each time, on the day of either within the set time or even AFTER they were set to arrive, Legend changed the appointment via e-mail. Each time, we have taken time off to be there and they have failed to show up. they didn't even bother to call us.We have each documented e-mail as to when the appointment was set, and when they changed it - showing the change to occur on the day of and/or at the time they were supposed to be at the house... even during the set time window (set for 11am, email sent 1PM the day of while we waited patiently for them to show up.)When I called them, they told us very unapologetically "you're not a priority." If you don't think a customer's appointments are a priority, the time we have taken off to meet you at our house is not a priority, the schedules we've changed are not a priority and you are unable to properly prioritize your workload to honor the appointments you set with your customers, then you have no business being in business. We have since cancelled this appointment after being strung along for two weeks now and requested a new company come and do the work.

5 starsI love companies and people who truly care and treat you like family, and Legend Septic is a company that stands out on top. ***** and ***** are top notch at what they do! (*****, you are truly missed). We have been using Legend for 6+ year's now and we are very pleased with them, and we look forward to their visits because they are so friendly. They will answer any questions you have, and have been known to go out of their way to find a solution for you if you need one. 5 starsI cannot say enough good things about Legend. After being told (by companies that I will not name herein) that tunneling under my home was needed to fix my plumbing problem for a cost exceeding $25k, Legend fixed the issue for under $700. The difference was that Legend did not automatically go to the most expensive solution for the issue. Legend had enough regard for me as a regular, working-class homeowner to try a cost-effective solution to my plumbing problem before resorting to drastic measures. Do you ever worry that you are being gouged at the mechanics, lawyers office, HVAC repair company, etc etc etc because you dont know if what you are being quoted is fair? You wont have to worry about that with Legend because they are honestwhich is apparently a rare quality in the home repair industry nowadays. Thank you Legend, and thank you **** (the patient Legend plumber that helped me) for saving my $25k for my daughters college tuition! Extra cake in heaven for yall!Review fromFrances/Nancy B.

Legend did a very good job on hot work. I had them do as far as my plumbing they have done plumbing before for me and Ive always thought that they have done extremely good job. They were reasonable and they didnt mess around about doing the work, they did the work and a very timely manner. And I would use them again in the future.Legend Plumbing and Septic Co.
