One star is too much!! Tiger Sanitation regularly fails to pick up the garbage and recycle. In January alone, they have failed to pick up the garbage for my neighbors and me on the correct day 3 times. We are forced to call in (we take turns) asking for them to please pick up our trash after they fail to do it on their schedule. We have to call their helpline so much weve memorized the required keystrokes. Last week they even failed to pick it up when they scheduled a special make-up service. In 2023 they failed to pick up our recycle approximately 1/3 of the time (its bi-weekly). We have spoken to their field personnel when they are just down the block and been promised that theyll get it, only to be disappointed again. This is the worst company. Low prices, lower service. I do apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. You should be receiving the service you paid for when it is scheduled for. I am going to escalate this to our operations department to find a solution for your missed pickups. I will have a supervisor contact you regarding this issue.

My garbage bin vanished on a service day, and when I called to ask how to handle this issue I was told that I could pay $100 for a replacement bin or file a police report. I checked with my neighbors who did not accidentally take my trash bin. I also asked if Tiger had mistakenly picked up my bin as my service is set to stop at the end of the month, to which I was told no. I was out that day and saw the flat bed truck driving around that picks up and distributes carts. I did file a police report and the officer and myself highly doubt my garbage bin was actually stolen. The most logical option is Tiger accidentally picked it up. Now I have to wait at least two weeks to receive a copy of a police report because a case number is not acceptable proof to waive the $100 fee. My account will be closed at that time and Ill likely need to pay the $100 anyway. Im keeping my recycle bin out of sight so they dont come for that as well before my service date ends. I reached out to them on ******** for July right after my July 1st invoice was billed and got the same response to contact over phone or email so I emailed on July 21st no response. In the past they were more responsive on messenger, but not anymore so I called today which was terrible customer service. My July invoice increased again to $93 from the of $85.14 that already happened in April a 7-8 dollar difference within 3 months as my increase normally happens in April once a year as a Tiger representative told me in the past year. I explained to the representative that my invoice in April indicated increased cost due to fuel etc., but my July invoice didn't she acknowledged that it didn't notify me and stated she still can't adjust it. Plus before you legitimately go up on price you should be notifying before the changes not on those current invoices that you are increasing. That's a ridiculous increase in 3 months. Can't stay consistent have to raise it twice in one year? Metro stays consistent on price per year I may have to switch after being with tiger for 8 years. She even tried to tell me that for my zipcode it starts at ********************************************************************************* 60's, 70's, 80's,90's which people complain about on ********* Not satisfied with their customer service over the phone. If I pump my gas with only a 2 cent difference at different gas stations I'm pretty sure your fuel charges shouldn't go up 7-8 dollars in 3 months when fuel has been the same price. Some people also claimed they have paid 67 for 8 years consistently while others go up. There is no reason why ************* next door should pay more or less than other neighbors in the same subdivision or zipcode. We should pay the same for our area regardless of no hoa contract or how long we have lived here the base price should be consistent! I do understand that getting conflicting information can be frustrating. There are areas that the *** is contracted with us therefore they do get a different rate. For your area your account is right at what we charge for service there. The fuel fees are not just for what the cost of gas is but also does include cost for maintenance and up keep for our trucks. Our goal is to keep our cost down to be able to provide the best service we can. I do apologize for any confusion on this issue.

Multiple missed stops with garbage piling up for 2 plus weeks. Called multiple times with delay in response times and finally promised service to ensure pick-up. No pick up. How does a driver forget to pick up garbage at a resident home for 2 weeks straight weeks after 6 straight months of collecting trash? No new driver per customer service. I'm also in auto pay. Today 03/28/2023 Tiger sanitation took my trash bin inadvertently because my neighbors moved and discontinued service. I called to ask where my trash receptacle was and was informed that it was taken by mistake because my next door neighbors discontinued service. I then asked if they could bring it back. I was told that they had until 7pm to return it however it could be up to a week. I was told that I would get a call right back to resolve the issue. I waited all day and no call so I called back only to be told that Tiger Sanitations dispatch driver said he didnt take my trash receptacle! What???? So where did it go and why lie? It didnt grow wings and fly away. I go immediately after they leave to retrieve my bin! They took it and lied instead of just saying oops! I accidentally took it and will return it! I was told that I would normally have to pay over $100 for. A new bin! Im like I didnt lose the bin it was taken! First you acknowledge it now its my word against his! And yes! Thats exactly what she said! So s**** the customer its what my dispatch says! One minute you acknowledge and the next minute I am a liar. Then they told me I had to wait a week for a bin! I said no Im not waiting a week to get my bin back because it wasnt my fault! I then asked if I had to have service with them and could I find service elsewhere. She said no I was stuck with them! Really! I no longer want to do business with a company that treats there customers this way! I would rather not! If you lie once and treat me poorly once youll do it again and I want service elsewhere. Even if I have to relocate! I should not be charged for a week since I wont have a bin for a week and I was told I could not be transferred to a supervisor! Ridiculous! Who lies about a trash bin! ***** to say the least! The. Inconvenience me for that lie! Nah! I want nothing else to do with Tiger Sanitation cause their customer service sucks! And they say they only communicate thru chat! They have poor call return service. I first notified them Oct 6. Called, emailed, went in to the office, and left a written notice. Contacted them on social media as well. No calls or emails returned. I have sold our home and called to tell them I needed to cancel service. Dumpster is still there. We have closed and I will not be paying for the new owners trash service. This is ridiculous. Almost a month and no one has called me or emailed me back. Disappointed because we have never had issues with them before this. No one has ever been rude and customer service was great to me. Being blown off and ignored is very unprofessional. Was told sales has to contact me and they would within 24 hrs. Well here we are almost a month later. They did have my phone number wrong but that was fixed on my second call to them. I have been with tiger since beginning of July! Ask me how many times I have had my trash picked up in 10 weeks mind you my trash has been picked up 3 times all of which i am on the phone every week except one not requesting anymore ..demanding my trash be picked up today. Not Monday when they can have a different crew come out. Spoke with garbage supv. He said he rode out here and showed them where it was at. One week it has been picked up that I didn't have to call. We are limited in service out in ****** at this rate tiger customer service will be in business for a long time. I received a call from tiger yesterday asking if all was well. I thought so. Guess they should have called me today. So here we go again and again and again Honestly thier running out of excuses. What they give me so far is laughable. How many excuses are you going to use with one person. Does not fly. I am furious. Always happy to take money....does not want to provided the serviceReview from Heather R

Our HOA contracted Tiger, and this is at least their third five year contract for our neighborhood, however, that hasnt stopped them from failing to deliver our service that we pay for each quarter. They have ********** hiking the fees up each year, but now theyre failing to deliver. We are currently contracted to have two trash pick *** per week and one recycling pickup. They have failed to show up to our Friday trash pickup three weeks of the last four. Yesterday, we found out theyve unilaterally changed our recycling pickup to every two weeks. Even if it costs us more, I hope their poor business practice leads to our community canceling the contract that theyve failed to honor. I highly recommend avoiding this company for waste removal and finding someone else. They also stopped taking glass over a year ago with our recycling. Stay far away!
