    Mega Furniture from Live Oak. The sales person, ***** *****, was wonderful. However, the manager, ******, is a shabby, sketchy, and inconsiderate manager. He NEVER RETURNS calls and when my power cords stopped working due to a flood, they confirmed they were not covered, but wouldn't even order the cords or speak to me. I will NEVER buy Furniture from Mega Furniture ever again. After reading all of these reviews, I have no hope they will ever fix anything. Also, Tower Loan of ******** is just as sketchy. They send you a letter but put a 3 year pay off amount and do not show you the 2 year interest free amount required. Nor do the give you 24 months but *** only get 23 months. PLUS, you set up an online account but they will charge you $3.75 for every electronic payment.The receptionist is of no use for she doesn't know why they do what they do. I pay mine 10 to 15 days early every month, WITH A CHECK, and come March 2027, I will pay it off with my income tax return. I REFUSE to give this sketchy place any other money. No wonder Mega Furniture has them for financing. They must know ******.

    We bought a sofa, love seat, and recliner from this store on 9/2/23. Price was $3,435.86, including a $300 Montage extended warranty of 5 years. They delivered on 9/23/23. On 9/2/24 we submitted a claim to Montage and on 9/4/24 we notified the store that we had a claim for the wireless phone charging station that was part of the love seat and one of the recliners of the sofa. Montage denied the claim for the recliner without even coming to see it saying that the coverage only included the recliner mechanism and not frame breakege. Mega furniture fixed the charging station under the warranty, but refused to fix the recliner saying that the warranty had expired because it started on the date of purchase and not on the date of delivery. Mega Furniture said that I should continue insisting with Montage. Neither of them wants to be responsible for manufacturing defects. Do not buy anything from this store, and dont bother getting Montage coverage either.

    No stars rewarded. 1 wedge delivered = 6 to 7 months. Impossible to contact someone from cooperate office. Don't bother in requesting a manager/supervisor. As they are "not there" or don't want to speak to you directly. Don't bother leaving voice-mails, they will not return phone calls. **************** moto is delay, redirect and decieve.

    I visited your establishment Mega Furniture Store in the ******************* Drive as a customer and was initially thrilled to buy my first bedroom set, but unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned into a nightmare due to the disrespectful behavior of the manager. I was not only deceived but also subjected to verbal abuse in front of others by this individual. After sharing my experience on social media, I received messages from others claiming that the owner of Mega Furniture refuses to dismiss the manager despite his poor conduct. Therefore, I believe it is important for our community to reconsider supporting Mega Furniture financially, as it seems that the company lacks integrity in its treatment of customers who are being misled and mistreated.

    We bought Kian Reclining Console Loveseat and Sofa. Within a year both started peeling, but that is not covered under their warranty. Beware of fake leather looking products.

    Les doy 3 estrellas porque estoy muy agradecida ********, ***************** Manager, con la que habl solamente 10 minutos sobre todo lo que haba pasado cuando compre mis muebles, estuve de reclamo en reclamo por 2 aos con mis muebles y en solo una semana resolvi mi situacin, personas como esta son las que necesitan las compaas que prestan servicio al cliente, donde la razn de ser de estas compaas somos nosotros, los clientes. Si no me llego haber contactado con esta seora, no creo que mi situacin se hubiese resuelto, tengo que decir que pase mucho con la mueblera, no estn bien informados de como resolver la situacin al cliente, nunca me dieron un nmero telefnico de reclamo, solamente me informaron que si quera arreglar mis muebles (estos los trajeron rotos desde el da #1) **** que hacerlo con mi seguro, el que pague para en caso de que, a mi, se me rompieran, pues tener solucin de reparacin, o limpiarlos en caso que se ensuciaran, y al banco no le importan los clientes, solamente le importa recoger su dinero, hice 4 reclamos en un periodo de 2 aos, y todas las veces fallaron a favor de la mueblera, son unos incompetentes e insensibles, 10 palabras no son suficiente para expresar toda la insatisfaccin, y es bueno que cuando vayamos a invertir nuestro dinero, miremos bien los comentarios de anteriores clientes y sus satisfacciones.

    If I could leave negative numbers I would! I purchased a sectional, mattress, box springs and bed frame. The sales team was very helpful and helped find the items we were looking for. Since we were moving into a new house, we needed it delivered 4 weeks after purchase. On delivery day, the side rails for the bed were not on the truck. I debated refusing the headboard and foot board but they encouraged me to keep it. When I called the warehouse, they said the rails would be in within a month. I paid for the furniture on 4/4/23. Delivery was to be 5/5/23. As of today, 7/8/23 I still don't have any bed rails.Additionally, I've been told they don't do exchanges or refunds. So basically I have a bedroom that is not functional. They keep saying the rails will be in next month. I'm sorry - this is way beyond acceptable! My only recourse is to keep waiting or buy furniture elsewhere any pray the come in at some point so I can sell them.Absolutely will NEVER shop with them again! This companies policies should not even be legal. To hold people to accept partial delivery, taking their money and not deliver the product is cheating at it's best and feels like fraud.

    I paid 350 for a 5 year warranty on a $2650 sectional couch recliner broke springs coming out. Call warranty the they gave me service number. Called them they sent someone out that said we will order the part. Been waiting nine months call warranty place back they said they had no claim number and when I made a new claim it was denied for not reporting damage within 30 days of noticing the damage. Now all seat cushions are ripping at the seams. They did not tell me when I bought it that I would have to report damage within 30 days of noticing it at the store. Now all my claims have been denied. Asked for corporate number and they gave me the service center. This company should be shut down for robbing people of there hard earned money. Now we don't have enough money to get another couch. I believe they intentionally gave me the run around so I would go over the 30 days. Worst company ever.
