    They don't have enough online or in-person teachers. I bought the 3 level combo course ************** REFUSED to send me THE HARD COPIES of LEVEL 2 & 3 manuals after I wrote in & stated my dissatisfaction abt the lack of courses available & the inability to get into level 2 or 3.I bought this program almost 3 yrs ago in Dec 2021 & should have access to the manuals I paid for. I haven't been able to take level 2 or 3. And I believe the manuals are now digital, which would require me to PRINT them if I ever get into the next levels? Why should I be forced to print my own manuals, when I ALREADY PREPAID for the 3 *************** materials? It is a bad business *************** should know better. If they can't offer classes, don't SELL the programs to people. We paid for a service upfront in FULL & should be able to have access to those class materials for ALL 3 levels to REVIEW on our own, until you get enough teachers to actually hold classes. I'm already trained/certified in Reiki & other modalities & have experience in ********************************* work. The other Professional healing modalities have sufficient options & high volumes of teachers/programs available The level 1 that I took online was good & they did ship me a manual, but again at the time there were very FEW teachers or options available. I had to sign up for a class that was zoned for East Coast when I'm Pacific.HTP should ship me a hard copy of my Level 2 & 3 manuals that I paid for. IF HTP can't get teachers, someone should develop a SELF-Paced online version. And offer separate interactive, LIVE practice sessions as workshops to get some experience for the completion certificates. They do a LOT of marketing & offer meetups, lectures, practices & other healing related topics, but they DON'T have enough teachers for their programs- The 3 Level Programs should be a TOP PRIORITY.
