2 starsI found this company via BBB. They initially reached out to me and information was exchanged. However, nothing past the 1st day was ever established. I called back multiple times, and sent back an email. NOTHING. I spoke to someone who stated she worked the front desk, and she explained a small of amount of "what they do". Unfortunately, I know companies become busy and tied down, but I also know that each customer should be valued. Credit and Debt are serious matters, and I was really hoping I could be assisted. I cant thank **** and his team enough for what they did for my wife and I. My overtime was drastically cut that weve depended on for years. We were struggling to make ends meet. We contacted ****, from the moment we spoke, I knew were working with the right person.We enrolled over $160,000 in debt. Once enrolled, **** and his team were able to get the harassing phone calls to stop. They were able to negotiate with the creditors to reduce principal balances with low fees, and monthly payment we could afford. We received monthly statements from our team, and we received either a call, text, or email when an account was settled. We were able to start rebuilding our credit and start saving more for retirement. **** reached out to us several times during our journey to see how things were going and if we needed anything from him or his team. I would recommend **** and his team to anyone that is the same situation we were in. What a gift Debt Redemption and Affordable Debt Consolidation is to people like me who had the burden of significant credit card debt. I was desperate to find help and I found help going straight to the BBB website to find highly credible help running across Debt Redemption. I did my research and found many people pleased with services and people giving high praises to this wonderful gentleman named *****. So I reached out to ***** and I'm happy that I did. ***** has such a wonderful caring spirit which made me fee comfortable moving forward. ***** was very transparent explaining the highs and lows of the process of tackling and conquering debt redemption. Everything ***** laid out happened as such and in the time frame outlined from the beginning.I am happy to say my credt card debts have been addressed, settled, and finalized. I was in a situation where I was being ***d for a scam that I, unfortunately, got myself into with a lone company that preys on medical professionals. No other company would help me but **** Redemption did! I had such a huge amount owed due to the interest rate I thought I was doomed. I paid the company for three years timely and this scam of a company would not work with me for the large monthly bill I had. ***** from Debt Redemption was the first to help and guide me through the process. I was scared, but he helped me launch into this incredible company that saved me. I have this year left to pay off other bills that I had consolidated and the scam company that would not help and would attempt to *** me.
