      The incident occurred on October 23, 2022 at approximately 3 pm. While in the process of pumping gas, I also opted to get a car wash. I went with the most expensive for a total of $16. Upon completion of pumping the gas, the machine was apparently out of receipt paper because I was directed to obtain a copy of the receipt from inside the store. The receipt would have the code to activate the car wash. When I approached the doors to the store, I noticed that the clerk was locking up the doors on the other side. I then saw a notice that the store was now closed due to an unforeseen issue. I quickly ran to the others side of the building to let the clerk know that I had just purchased a car wash but needed a copy of the receipt printed. At this time she was still in the process of turning the locks on the door. She then told me that she already shut off all the registers and to call later. Mind you this is supposed to be a 24/7 establishment. When I asked if she could just step in and print me a receipt so that I can be on my way, she seemed to be very put out by my request and said that she was tired and that she's going home.The following day, my wife called the store to ask for a refund. The clerk who answered, ***, told my wife that the only way she could reimburse us was to physically swipe the card we used for the transaction. We live almost an hour away, so it was not feasible for us to do so. At this time my wife asked for the contact information to their headquarters so that we could file a complaint. My wife was told to hold while *** checked out several customers. After about 10 or 15 minutes on hold, *************** up the phone on my wife. I then called her back and asked for the corporate number again. She gave me the following number to call ************, which turned out to be a disconnected number. I attempted to call back several times but she never picked up again. Eventually, the phone just rang and rang. I assume she turned off the ringer.

      I drive a 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe. On September 16, I drove my car through the Circle K car wash in Cedar Creek. Halfway through the wash, its stopped but there was soap still all over my car, so I drove through and went back inside to the cashier and they reset the car wash and gave me a receipt with a printed code on it to drive back through. I went back through the car wash and it finished normally, though I did think that it seemed a little rougher than a normal car wash, but I assumed it was just the brushes against my car. I drove to my next destination, in ******* and when I got out of the vehicle I noticed the front door was rubbing a bit when I opened it. I got out of the vehicle and then noticed theres a chip In my windshield, behind the rearview mirror, along with a couple of marks above the chip. There was a small crack coming from the trip at the time, which has now gotten much larger. After inspecting the vehicle, I noticed what caused this rubbing. The front panel was dented in. The gaps between the panel and the door and the hood is now uneven, it looks as if the panel has been pushed pack. It had done the same on the other side of the car as well. I called the store, and the phone doesnt work. I finally got time to drive back out to cedar creek, on sept 25 and I was told corporate would call me that following week, and I gave all of my personal information, as well as a report with the damage explanation, to the clerk. No one has gotten back with me. I really want to get my car fixed.

      I spent $23.00 for gas and the gas pump wasnt working the cashier said they cant do anything about it and the manager told me I would get my money back within 3 business days and I havent received my money I tried to get in contact with corporate and no one has answered the phone 2 days in a row nor did I receive a call back I even emailed customer service and am waiting or a response still the manager said shell try to get in contact with their credit card department

      On September 8th at 11:55 PM, I stopped by store#******* as I always do because I'm a repeat customer. first thing I noticed was that the store was locked. I went around to the window and seen that the cashier was counting his drawer (which is normal) so I waited patiently. after about 15 minutes and 5 cars later he finally acknowledged me and asked very rudely what I needed. me and another customer stated we were waiting for the door to unlock because we needed items from inside. The cashier stated very rudely that he will not be opening the door. I asked isn't your store 24 hrs., I normally pay with my phone. (Each time I've come to this location the doors were unlocked) he then rudely replied "you don't see 24hrs anywhere on my store". at this point I was taken aback because I've never encountered a rude employee at this location. I then asked for his name, in which he replied, "none of your business". I then proceeded to record the interaction (video) so that I could show the store manager the following day. The cashier then called the police because I recorded his face. not because his life was in danger, not because there was a real emergency but all because he didn't want to be identified by store leadership. (Caucasian guy with a black beanie) This by far is the most disrespectful experience I've ever had. I'm not sure what his issue was but Circle K has definitely lost a customer, and they've opened a brand new **** across the street so they will definitely get my business from now on.
