  Please don't believe the ****** reviews. Somehow this company is finding a way to scrub their social accounts and you won't find how unhappy their customers are with the service provided. I thought I was getting away from Vivint to find myself in bed with a Vivint imposter. After being transferred several times I was finally connected to ****...Lets just say not a very pleasant individual to speak with. Long story short I just wanted to cancel my account and he completely refused and tried to offer me an incentive he should have offered over a year ago when I first called. Now that I want to cancel he wants to "do me a favor". Very unsavory crop. Please avoid at all costs.

  After going with a number of different alarm providers over the years I have always been given high hopes when starting service. I've always been reassured that their service would be different from the rest, their equipment would be superior or their pricing would be stable, but over 3 homes and 5 companies I was always dissapointed and left calling into service help desks and in other states and dealing with companies whom I didnt even purchase my service or equipment from. Luckily I was reffered to Alamo Security. I have had them for going on two years and from the uality of equipment, install quality communication with the office, to the techs showing up timely and getting things working properly I have been happily surprise and taken care of. They even swapped out my ring cam for cheap when it had been going our after a while. Really thankful for their techs showing up in company vehicles and being respectful of my home and time.

  This company has outstanding service. They completed my install with care and the technician was very patient in explaining the system to me and making me feel safe. Highly recommend Alamo Smart Home!!

  Amazing company. They really care about their customers. Made me feel at home. Took pride in their work! I really enjoyed my experience with the sales rep, he was very friendly and helpful. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Which I appreciated. Would recommend highly to anyone. Already have mentioned to my friends and family. I was drawn to their ****** reviews, and wasn't let down. Thank you Alamo!

  Upon meeting they spoke very highly of their equipment and customer service. They were very attentive, on time, and very courteous. The salesman spoke so highly of the company, he sold me on both the equipment and service. Needless to say, I signed a two-year contract with them of which I regret. I didn't even have the equipment and service for a month when I started having issues. I can't tell you how many times I have called them to resolve my issues only to be told I had to buy a service agreement in order for them to continue coming and resolving my issues with their equipment. I was so frustrated with them that I asked if I could cancel my contract and they responded with, well you'll have to pay for the equipment in order to be canceled. I told them my problem is with the equipment, not the service. The majority of the time the equipment doesn't work. I've had them come to my home and replace a panel, and the front door camera (Twice). I paid almost $500 dollars for a door camera that doesn't even tell me when people approach my front door and I've had packages stolen because again the front door camera is worthless. I've spoken to one of the co-owners **** and he wasn't even responding to my calls or texts anymore because it seemed I was having to call every week to two weeks for issues with the alarm system. I wanted an alarm system to feel safe in my own home and Alamo Smart Home has failed me. I have to constantly reboot my system to have it notify me or it won't work. I have never experienced such dissatisfaction with a company as I have with Alamo Smart Home. Wish I would have looked into other companies or shop around a little bit more then go with Alamo Smart Home. Signed,Dissatisfied Customer
