      I am a longtime customer and will be closing all accounts due to the handling of fraudulent activity and the customer service received from the Helotes branch manager. Very disappointed.

      Rude, arrogant so called management. I opened 4 accounts including a business account. Quick , fast and in a heartbeat the staff and so called management showed that they are up on a pedestal and the account holders are vagrants lucky to be banking with these arrogant fools...oh h*** no....

      @ *********** location If I could give negative stars, I would. They placed my elderly father in a room and interrogated him. Their treatment of veterans is atrocious. I would like to call out ******************** for her despicable behavior toward him. They also released his bank information to a friend of his without asking for her ID and she was not an authorized user on the account. Hope they have not done this to others. Banks are responsible for keep your information private.

      The $300 opening bonus is a lie.Kinda... after meeting all the requirements was told that I could not qualify for it.Was not told why could not give me the reason. Ig there A.I. declined giving me the offer because I met the requirements to quickly. My only guess..??.?.?.. &It was always a hassle getting customer service on the phone and u can clearly tell they are reading from a script just fire the ppl and let you c*** A.I. read the script if the people are going to sound lifeless... properly what it like working for the company.The app is decent User interface is easy to understand and navigate but it all doesn't matter when there is no integrity with the company.
