              Received a $50 dollar late fee. The *** claims they sent me the bill via email in August for due date of November 1st. I dont recall receiving any email from them and when I searched my entire email there was no bill from them. I found out about the late fee because I got a paper notice in the mail. They claim I am signed up for paperless but when I tried to pay on line it asked me to create a login, if I wanted to be paperless and I also went ahead and signed up for automatic payments so I dont have to go through this. They charge a 4 dollar fee to process a payment and if its late then is 7 dollars to process next day. Its just fees on top of fees. They do it on purpose to charge late fees. I had a similar issue with them last year. I mailed a payment 10 days before the due date and they claimed they had not received it yet. I am requesting a refund from the late fee.

              A great company especially the ****** Team!!! They get the job done with no hesitation. Always, always on point with everything. No matter what the situation is their there when you need them. Answers the phones and emails on time instead of having you waiting. Overall an amazing team. No complaints.
