    They've been to my house numerous times (at least twice already just this year) and they STILL have NOT found the leak in my A/C. They'll play around with their gauges and spray soapy water on the inside coil as well as the outdoor condenser but never once have they inspected the lines themselves, and I've never once seen them use an ELD (electronic leak detector). They replaced the *** valve last year, and yet it still doesn't work correctly because they have yet to do a proper inspection. The only reason they get called for service is because my in-laws swear they have good service, but I think it's only because once-upon-a-time one of them were friends with the owner ***.So ***, if you can see this, why hasn't my A/C been fixed properly after having your guys out at least 10 times in the past 3 years?
