Never again will I use them for any future projects. Windows were ordered and prepaid for in May and I was told they'd arrive within 6 weeks. Upon 8 weeks, I was told the windows were finally ready for shipment and should arrive the following week. Week 9 I'm told the shipment truck broke down so they'd be on the next weeks truck. Week 10 I call to see where they're at and I'm told that they shipment truck was full so they didn't make it on this weeks delivery either. Week 11 I call and leave a message with no return. Week 12 I call again. I'm told they've finally received the windows and they would install them on Friday -(3 more days). My client waits at home all day for the installers to no show or even bother calling. Again, install pushed back until the following Monday. Over 6 weeks delay to complete a master bathroom renovation. The customers are furious as am I. I'll never waste my time or money with them again.

I totally understand your frustration with these delays, and please accept my apologies. This is not the way that we like to do business.
First, I will address the shipping problems; when we enter an order, we are given an estimated delivery date from our manufacturer and this is what was passed on to you. Unfortunately, due to the national labor and supply issues, it was later coming in than expected. Then with the truck breaking down and two weeks of windows, the manufacturer was not able to get them all out to be delivered on the next week's truck and they only had one driver. This caused it to have to wait until the following week. This was out of our control and it was frustrating for us too because we wanted to do a good and timely job for you.
Second, we have to own the 'no show' as there was an issue with our new scheduling online program and your install did not show up, so we missed your install by mistake without realizing it. This was not intentional but it was our fault. We then rescheduled your installation for the next working day. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and please be assured that we do follow up with our manufacturers and try to make sure that we are giving the best possible service to our customers that we can control. You do have a Limited Lifetime Warranty from the Manufacturer for parts and we will handle all this for you. If you have any other questions, please contact us at 325-227-6961.
