      I got in a crunch and haven't been able to make a payment. They call me often and every time they call I answer the phone and talk to them. I have not avoided them at all. They know where I am and exactly how to get in touch with me. Yet they are calling and harrassing people that know me that I did not even put down as a reference or contact. I don't know how they are getting these peoples names and numbers. I do not recommend getting a loan here because if you ever get in a crunch you can be assured this company will get their revenge.

      The branch manager at Albuquerque Isleta Blvd location was very rude not only rude but making threats to me as well is not only a one time is several times, can someone let her know she had a job because of us clients that have loans, if you deal with customers you have be willing to work with them you are not the one lending is the corporate by the way her name is *****, it happens sometimes we fell behind but come on my balance is *** and willing to pay it

      I have been dealing with Western Finance for years. In the past they were willing to help me. Right now I'm going through a SEVERE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, so I have NO OPTIONS! I asked them recently for an extension and they said ok. I have a dental emergency to came about on Thanksgiving where I dislodged a tooth that is an extreme cavity and it's LITERALLY dangling in my mouth right now. I contacted them and asked if they would give me another extension and was told NO! SO I HAD TO DECIDE IF I WOULD CONTINUE WITH A DANGLING TOOTH IN MY MOUTH WITH THE CHANCE OF ME INJURING MY MOUTH WORSE OR PAYING THEM! GUESS THAT MY CREDIT REPORT BEING DESTROYED IA GOING TO HAVE TO HAPPEN BECAUSE I HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF MY MOUTH. I DO NOT HAVE DENTAL INS BECAUSE I AM A LOW INCOME AND I HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET. I GUESS TO THEM, ME PUTTING MY HEALTH AT RISK IS MORE IMPORTANT!

      Harassing behavior and threats. I do not recommend this business at all. They lie and try to say you didn't make pertinent that you did and threaten to harass you and cause a scene at your job. They also call your employer
