Dates 11/11/24 & 11/18/24.Cleaners did a horrible job & damaged some walls. When I contacted the company they offered to send somebody else out to reclean.After the 2nd team came out, not only did they not complete the job but one of the cleaners dropped a dish out of my refrigerator while cleaning inside & she tried to stop ******* hit my $4000 fridge & dented & scratched it. They were so concerned that they left without finishing the job.They texted ************ with their manager & then left quickly.I immediately reached out to Two Maids & was told that they would have it repaired.They referred me to the repair company that they use.When I contacted the repair company, they were not familiar with Two Maids which I found odd.After Two Maids received the quote of $997.21 from Appliance Express, Two Maids told me that AE did not do that type of repair.After I spoke with AE they denied ever saying such a thing.I knew at this point that we were going to have a problem.Two maids then wanted to send the owner out to do the repair & when I questioned if it was not fixed correctly, then what was the solution.I want my refrigerator to look exactly as it did prior to their accident.I explained to them that we wanted a certified appliance repairman to do the work.They told me that having the owner repair it was my option unless I wanted to send it through their insurance company & that I would have to have extensive proof that they were the ones that damaged the fridge.I snapped a picture of some of the text messages between the employee who damaged ******** manager. It is absurd that they would ask me to prove they damaged it when they already had admitted it.After numerous email attempts to get something scheduled, they stopped responding after they told me that they would come out & do the repairs.This is unacceptable & unprofessional as a business. I am requesting the fridge repairs to be done & I am requesting a refund of the $335.58 fees that I paid for the service.Initial Complaint

Setup monthly cleanings Service came out and was performed on 4/7/2025 Requested to cancel monthly services 4/8 through email stated in their messages and portal due to financial circumstances change for our family and concern about professionalism during our cleaning. Was unable to cancel in portal. Received no response. Tried to call the listed number and wouldnt go through. Sent text to original number used to setup cleanings on 4/9 and received no response. Called franchise and they put me through to working number and no answer. Just want to cancel service and cant get in touch with anyone however they contacted me almost daily prior to service from all methods previously tried.Initial Complaint

On Monday September 23rd I hired two maids to clean my home. This is the second time I was trying them after the first time where they were going to discount my service to make up for stuff missed, and completely missing my appointment the first time i booked with them in August. Everyone deserves a second chance. I scheduled my clean for the 2pm - 5pm window as I work from home and have 3 school age children. I got them a sitter (who I paid) so the cleaners would be able to access the entire home. The cleaners showed up at 10:30AM I told them I was not available and to come back after 2pm the slot I booked. The cleaner told me she was "taking off" and would need to send someone else to do my home.The next cleaner came at 1pm still outside of the window but at this point i decided to bite the bullet and take off from work. The cleaners to put it nicely did an awful job. There were large spaces untouched, debris left in the home, nothing moved was put back. bathtubs were left filthy, visible stuff in all the major areas of the home, and dusting was missed on pretty much every window. I sent an 11 item list to the manager along with 17 photos and simply asked for a refund. I was told I couldn't have one because the clean was done. The clean was allot of things but not done. I outlined all of the past problems and that this was the 2nd time and a reclean was not an option. I have now heard nothing back which i assume is there way of telling me im stuck with the bill.I have to pay another 300 to have someone else come and properly clean.Initial Complaint

I paid the business for a full deep clean of my house. They had several employees arrive and clean the house using my coded door while I was not present. Nothing in the house was cleaned. It looked like they hadn't done anything at all. My point-of-contact at their office even agreed that it looked bad. I have this in writing via their email. I requested a refund, but they only offer a reclean. I told them that my schedule did not permit a reclean and that I just wanted a refund. They have since ceased contact with me.Initial Complaint

I canceled my cleaning services November 29th and asked for my house key since my service cancelation. I have been lied to that the key will be returned and now December 14th I haven't received my key and since I don't know what they did with my key I will have to rekey my house due to their negligence. They asked for the key to service my house when I'm not home, they lost the key and they should pay to rekey my house.Initial Complaint

I booked Two Maids and a Mop in ********** for a deep clean for 11.17/22. I scheduled online and paid for a 4 hour deep clean. I didnt receive any calls or confirmation on arrival time. I had to call the morning of to receive my arrival window time. 3 housekeepers arrived (1 of them was in training) at 11:11 day of cleaning. I gave them a tour of the house as requested upon arrival and left to run errands. They left my house at 12:23 and did NOT deep clean the house. None of the baseboards were cleaned as advertised. Carpets were not vacuumed. Window ***** and blinds were not cleaned. Furniture was not dusted. I spent the remainder of my day cleaning after the cleaners. We immediately contacted the office and were only given a reclean option within 7 days. I work all of those days before family comes into town and I have a dog at home whom is not kenneled. The 17th was my only day off before family which is why I arranged the dog to be gone and the cleaners. I paid for a service that I did not receive and have been given zero compensation. How does a company take someones money and not do the service and not offer a refund for a service not performed. Ive basically been told it is what it is as I am unavailable for a reclean within 7 days. I deep cleaned my own house afterwords, so the work is already done. I am requesting to be charged for only 1 hour of work as I have them on ring doorbell entering and exiting and I did not receive a 4 hour deep clean. This is a TERRIBLE company whom I would not recommend.
