    Ordered an apparel item in November, it's now March and nothing has been delivered. When emailing support, all they say is that it's at the shipping facility waiting for pickup. But when asking for a refund, I don't get a reply back. And now looks like the website is deativated.

    I ordered a jersey that arrived after Christmas and the jersey was so poor quality I wasnt even going to try giving it as a late gift. I looked for ways to return they have little to no information on their website on how to return and they dont give a return address. So I called their number multiple times and I got someone to pick up once and they hung up on me. I called again and got voice mail and left my number to contact me to return the jersey. I called again to see if I would get a person but it started saying that the number wasnt available so I assume they blocked me. I then get a text from another number asking about what I needed help with and I asked to return the jersey, they said they cant do returns but could give a refund. I was ok with that but a week went by with nothing and I kept sending messages about the refund but no reply so they ghosted me. Im a college student with limited money so losing $70 and being down a gift *****.

    Ordered a Vikings jersey (*********) youth size L on 11/13/23. Received jersey with name spelled *********. Was offered a refund on 12/27/23. Never received - they told me to have bank do a charge back. Bank wouldnt. Contacted company again and they then offered to replace it and they wanted me to not go through with the dispute with the charge on my credit card. Over two weeks and no confirmation email I was told I would get in one week. I have called 15 times and emailed several times. I think this company is a scam.

    On 01/23/2024, I ordered a *** jersey from this company in Texas. Money has already been taken out of my checking account in the amount of $69.95 going to ******** *** in Springfield Missouri.
    I called that company and they said they knew nothing about this charge and they are a women’s clothing store. I tried calling the company in Texas. All they have is a ****** ********* ******* They do not answer the number. I want to cancel this order and I don’t know what to do.

    This company refuses to give a refund for an item that they guided us to purchase the replacement and secondly they would process the return. After several attempts to reache the, they said they aren't accepting returns at this time but will provide a refund for the item. They purposely don't provide a return address on their website On December 26th after reaching out several times from my purchase on December 6th I was told a refund would be processed and that I would get an email confirmation. Days later no email no refund. I reached back a few times and they said it would be a couple of days, still no email no refund. I reached out again on January 5th via their text line and they said there was an issue with returns and I'd need to wait a few more days. They've not made any attempt to email the refund confirmation and they've not refunded the money. They seem to be a scam website and now I've paid for 2 items and have not been refunded for the item I wanted to return. Their return policy on their website outfittersadventure.com clearly states they take returns and exchanges. They've communicated saying the same thing its been almost 2 months now. They have a bogus ****** ***** **** that you can't get through on.

    This business sold fake merchandise shipped in a plastic bag with a Chinese character sticker on it, no manufacturer tag, sized for an adult when I ordered a Youth jersey. Its terrible quality even for a fake.     I ordered a raiders #** ****** jersey through outfitters adventure and when attempting to contact customer service to ask for my tracking code, the numbers were invalid and went to voicemail. I will be applying my credit card statement verifying the purchase, and also an image of the order. I am so, incredibly, upset! I Tried to do something nice for my husband while looking for a deal for me, and these people scam hard earned money from hard working people. On their ******** page, you can see the reviews of the exact same thing happening to other people, thats happened to me. They need to be shut down AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I am only asking for my refund back please. Thank you BBB!

    I purchased a jersey for our grandson through this webside on 12/2/23. My order number is *****. On 12/12/23 I received an email stating my order was complete and was provided a tracking number of ************************** through ****. I paid $69.95 for the jersey. To this date I still have not received the jersey. I have tried calling numerous times and emailing with little to no response. The phone numbers listed on the webside are to a ****** subscriber. I did get in touch with someone on 1/2/24 and the lady said I would be receiving my refund in two days. As of this morning the refund still is not in my bank account. I am beginning to wonder if this website is legit and wondering if it is a scam.

    Placed order from Adventure Outfitters on 12/31/23.Received acknowledgment of order same day.Received email on 1/7/24 stating order has been processed along with tracking number.When checking on tracking information says **** has received information from shipper and is awaiting packages as of 1/2/****** problem is when checking my credit card statement payment was processed by Jersey Pro not Adventure Outfitters which is located in ***************** with information regarding shipment says **** in *******,*********Have sent numerous emails to Adventure Outfitters with no acknowledgment of even receiving the email.(which company web **** says will be responded to between 6and 12 hours.Tried calling both phone numbers on website neither of which are answered.
