    Learned about Solartime through Energysage, which I highly recommend. When we were ready to speak with Solartime, we spoke with Jason who explained all of the details and options to us. We asked a lot of questions and Jason took the time to answer all of them. Once we agreed to purchase the solar panels the company was very helpful. Solartime arranged for all of the permits with the city, our electric company and they dealt with our HOA. They kept us informed about the progress of the permitting and installation permitting. The installation itself was completed in about 2 days. Since the panels were installed, Solartime has contacted me to see if I had any questions or concerns. Very good customer service.

    I was skeptical about solar and solar companies, to be honest, I am still skeptical. With that said, I had a great experience with Solartime. They are local and stand by their product. I have a 25 year manufacture warranty, 25 year labor and monitoring from Solartime, and a solar output guarantee based on the number of panels I purchased. So far as I can tell, they are the best option for solar in North Texas. Their team is very responsive and accommodating. If I move and decide to put solar panels on my next home, I will definitely give them a call.

    Solartime did a great job installing my wall connector from Tesla. It took their technical no time to have me up and running when they did arrive. It did take some time to get them out to my house to do the install, but they were on a different project so I could totally understand. I haven't had any issues yet, so I would 100% recommend them.

    Solartime USA offered us a total customer satisfaction experience for solar energy solution. They guided us through the process to select our recommended solution then took care of all permitting prior to starting. We didn't have to do anything as they took care of everything. Great experience, I wish all companies had this same customer focus.
