An employee , Seamone T****s has been very rude after admitting the mistake on my order she's attempted to block my complaint her Bosses about her . I placed an order from out of state for a vinyl covering for both sides of my NonProfit limo . What we were sold was not what was ordered . The material was not made for cars! It's cracked looks horrible . I contacted the company and was put in touch with an employee Seamone T****s . At first she seemed Professional until she realized I wasn't going to let this go and her own employee admitted the person that some me my car wrap had been fired for other issues . Seamone told me they couldn't send a refund to a PO Box , then wanted more info on our NonProfit . Then delayed things further by having my leave the hospital ( just had surgery ) go and print a letter and fax it to her . She indicated I'd get a refund via wire or back to my credit card . Next , I received an email stating I'd be mailed a check . When I phoned her and told her how upset this makes me , she became very rude . I asked for a supervisor name . She finally told me Anita was the owner and that she'd be calling me . I knew that the owner was **** ***** because my friend that referred me knows him as well . I called back this morning and asked for another employee to take a message . I got Cole who stated he was not allowed to give out the owners name to anyone it was against company policy . I then tried to write to **** ***** and my email has been blocked to Mr. ***** as well . Having run business in Dallas most of my life , I've never encountered such an attempt to cover up and hide access to the owner or manager . I still 8 hours later , have not received a call from a person named Anita who is supposed to be in charge . I've never been treated more rudely and I Professional than by this employee . I expect my refund as promised and I also would like to speak with **** ***** and Anita ( if she exists ) and ensure that he's aware of how customers are being treated and that his employees are telling customers that giving his name is against company policy. I'd like to see that policy . I'd like to know why I've been lied to by Seamone . Told a refund can't be sent to a PO Box , told Anita would call , told they don't make car wrap in a better material and then told they do but my order was too cheap for that . I'm furious that any business would have such an employee doing this kind of damage . I expect better customer service than rudeness and lies .

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund as promised in writing by Seamone . And I would like a telephone call from both Anita ? And Rick ***** . I'd like them both the heat this nightmare their manager had put me through . I would like a refund to my card I paid on . Seamone tells me that can't be done . I know for fact it can . Or option 2 next day air , or option 3 wire the refund . I expect some kind of phone call . I want to ask why employees are told to hide the owners name and why I'm told Anita would call today and no one had bothered to contact me . They've admitted fault but their employee is going to cost them much more business if she isn't trained on how to respond to customer complaints. Hiding info , and not being truthful is not a good business practice at all . I doubt the owner had any idea she's doing these things . I simply can't imagine he would condone such unprofessional behavior .

I have been using signazon for years with no issues until my last order. I ordered plain banners in TEAL - even sent the hue # . What I received were banners in baby blue. This was not the color I approved or payed for. They would not refund nor take back the incorrect banners. Instead told me to sell them online. O ! And they would give me a 35% credit on another order. I have spoken to several people in their customer service department, that all said that was not acceptable, yet not a one rectified the problem or refund. BAD BAD BUSINESS !!!!!
