  I wish everything negatively possible for the scam artists that run this company. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves for exploitng parents and their love for their children in the unprofessional and predatory manner that you do. Not disclosing your pricing ahead of time, but luring people in with a low price and promises. Hiding your real pricing on your website and then downright embarrassing people during your Zoom call. But what's most disgusting is that you delivered me a digital photo that made my eldest Daughter look ****** fake and processed. Meaning the work you charge for is high school project level at best. Trying to sell me a $3500 book by telling me a "heart warming" story about a child with Autism learning to speak again because her parents could afford to pay for your scam. Which is also exploiting children with difficulties to get sales. There are multiple ******** groups dedicated to the c*** business tactics of this company. As well as hundreds of BBB complaints that you'd think would be heard. But because some moron actually paid $10k somewhere, they will continue to leech off the dreams of good parents everywhere and actively put them in debt. Shame on you is an understatement. I truly hope this company fails. And spare me the empty rhetoric that is your reply. I don't care and there's nothing you can say to stop the terrible reviews I will continue to post everywhere I can. BEWARE THESE PEOPLE AND THIS COMPANY. Please note that for $700 I could only get 3 digital versions of different poses and I had to fight for one 8x10 print. I then find out that they haggle people and I could have paid way less. It's all about how much they can get out of you. There's no set pricing. Then I received a bare bones, pathetic edit I had to make them fix. Shop at your own risk.

  This is absolutely the worst "charity" ever. The experience was nice and fun for my kids. But the prices of the packages to get ONE picture of your child is absolutely ridiculous. My stupidity was purchasing the cheapest package they offered, which was $980 before taxes. I called to cancel it 30 minutes after the purchase. Instead of just canceling as I requested, they set up a zoom meeting for 3 weeks later to discuss it. Then they tell you oh well, we have already paid the commission to the artists. I knew that is exactly why they made me wait for a meeting, so weeks could go by and they can already have started the work. I called and emailed 30 minutes after the purchase to say I didn't want to make the purchase and cancel it altogether. That is completely unprofessional and shady. This is not a charity at all, it is a total scam. Prices from packages range from high hundreds all the way to $15,000. They show you cute pictures of your children and totally pressure you into making a purchase. Horrible to scam people out of so much money. The fact that I called and emailed to cancel ********************************************************** to purchase it just goes to show you how they make their money, by being sneaky and malicious. I am smearing your business to everyone who listens. I cannot believe how much money you scam hard working people out of for a couple pictures. I wasn't even that impressed with the pictures so that makes it an even bigger rip off.

As a fine art studio, yes, some packages can be higher priced due to the museum-level quality of the materials. We want your family's memories to last many lifetimes!
  
  You were scheduled to meet with one of our leads, Kelly A********, to review your order on December 6th; however, you did not show up to that meeting. Since you did not show up to that meeting and our team has not had any interactions with you since that meeting was scheduled in November, your order was processed and it was shipped on 12/12/22. We attempted to email your digital images but you unsubscribed from our communications, so if you did not receive that email, please reach out to us at ******************************** to give us permission to contact you again and resend those digital images.

  The worst experience I have ever had with a business. Something advertised as a magical experience was the least child friendly activity we have ever participated in. Once you complete a quick 15 minute photo shoot in a small studio, you are forced to schedule a zoom call to go over the pictures. There is a $100 cancellation fee for the zoom call if you need to change the time. You are then bullied in to purchasing VERY expensive photo packages. A single digital photo is $500. This is a scam! Prices soared all the way to $15,000. When I communicated I was uninterested due to the price, I was still invoiced just in case I changed my mind. I openly communicated that I would need my husbands buy in because of I felt like they were not accepting my reluctancy to purchase. They record the entire experience and try to manipulate you in to buying wildly expensive pictures. I'm so disappointed and hate the way this has ended when it could be such an enjoyable experience for parents and kids if done correctly.

  We appreciate your taking the time to bring your concerns to our attention. We always work to ensure every experience is magical. In reviewing your photo premiere we did hear our portrait consultant responding to your request that you needed to confer with your husband on your purchase. Our consultant offered to create an invoice so you would have something to share with your husband and have the time to discuss before making any decision. We also heard our consultant share that you could choose to receive the free Gift Portrait we offer all of our guests and leave things there. Our consultant then went through the portraits with you so you could choose your favorites. When our consultant explained the many options we have, you shared that you were mostly interested in our magical story book. Our consultant then went through the portraits you chose for the story book and created an invoice so you would have something to review with him regarding price and so he could see the portraits as well. At no time did our consultant try to pressure you into a decision and offered to extend the discounted offer so you could take time to decide on making a purchase or not. We are a family owned business and our passion is creating lasting memories for the families we serve. ALL of the session fees we collect are donated to children's charities, currently over a million dollars. We would be happy to send you your free gift portrait.   This is regarding *********** Studio,
  SCAM ** scam ** scam , Be careful, stay away If I can have a zero stars,I will !! please do NOT waste your money here, I did set up an appointment to bring my kids, it was happening a storm in *******, I got multiple text messages saying a no show fee will be added in my cc, I called the number and the lady that answered took my phone number, I said I have small three kids please keep me posted if is a cancellation due to weather, I lived in ***** 1 hour 40 minutes away, she confirmed the session, the day of the appointment I got a text saying instructions about where to park, confirming my appointment, I showed up on time, nobody there, when I called **** *****, says the $75 paid was a donation, ( never offered a refund or any apology) he says I should complaint with whatever he'll I want to. Very disappointed, I will file a dispute to my credit card immediately ... SCAM PEOPLE

  We have, as a company, still donated that amount to our charity in your name and I wanted to thank you for allowing us that opportunity to be able to provide this for them during their time in need.
  
  Thank you so much for considering coming into the studio, I'm so sorry we weren't able to make that happen due to the inclement weather in the area, as safety is our top priority, the safety of our clients and the safety of our staff.
  
  We did attempt to call you at 9:32 am CST on your appointment day, to make sure you were aware we would be closing the studio, as you had requested, we texted and we emailed the cancelation notice to you as well. We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

  Not worth it at all over price is an understatement the session was beautiful my little girl was excited the zoom call that we waited for was shocker **** to ****0 for photos that anyone can do is insane. They should be a shame of themselves they really should be more transparent before booking sessions not sure how some of you parents paid then had buyers remorse like it should of been a **** no from the get go accept your free photo and let it be. Side note the photographers need better angles and learn to fix your posture and clothes because the revel of our photos was so bad it was a no for almost all the photos. I would like my sitting fee back but the photographer were so nice and professional and so kind to my children that they deserve that sitting fee. But enchanted fairy you guys are only surviving because of those outrageous fees y'all are charging if one parent buys you guys are set but if you get hundreds of people to buy you are set for like what a game and train you all are running Shame on you.

  We have financing options and a variety of packages, in addition to our Free 8x10" Gift Portrait per family per year, so that families of all circumstances can enjoy the special memories captured by our photographers. Our prices are set to cover the time and care of the fine artwork done by our artists and printing partners. Once that work begins, we are unable to stop the order which is why we have a no refunds or cancellation policy.
  
  The $25 per child session fee is 100% donated to charity as part of our mission to support families and children in need globally. Enchanted Fairies retains $0 of the session fees.
