      Date of the transaction: Dec 3rd 2023. Amount: 4500 USD They did not deliver the service. No response from any of the representative. I emailed dozen's of time but no response at al. I shoot a message to CEO on ****** in platform too. On new page called Imperium AI, there is a contact information. I called on that number, turned out to be CEO's personal phone number and he answered the call. But instead of resolving the issue or listening to my concerns, he started swearing and hung up. Writing here to seeking your intervention to resolve this issue and have my money back as refund.

      Hello,I purchased the ** service on Imperium Group to have them published 3 articles related to my career, but I was not satisfied the result. Then I requested $2000 refund from them when everything was just in drafts and nothing going further, they asked me to file a dispute at my credit card company instead expecting their refund process. *** sent out my email correspondence document(gmail screenshots) between me and the merchant to you. There are 4 pages total, from the service start to the end. I requested refund from them but they asked me to file a dispute directly (refer to page 3-4). They never replied me about the refund from their side after emailing(April 15,2024, that was the date from the end of the email in page 4). Please let me know if you need anything else.Best,Shishuang Tu

      - Date of transaction: 3/7/2024 - Amount paid: $3150 - Imperium committed to publishing a set amount of articles, at a specific calibre outlined by their ***, ***************************, via email and on their website. Screenshots attached of email conversations as well as website information regarding their press package sold - The initial list that was sent of publications did not meet the criteria as stated and outlined by *** *************************** - *** *************************** said they would resolve this issue and did not - Services as promised have not been delivered - I have asked for a refund starting in March when this started to become an issue. I still have not heard back for weeks at a time. The *** *************************** stated the issue would be resolved, and I have yet to hear back - The business and *** *************************** have not tried to resolve the problem - Refund of $3150 due to no services being rendered
