Their marketing is so ethically wrong. The letters they send out make it appear as tho you already have coverage through them and failure to repay could result in a lien on your property. Im very greatful I know Better but I fear many people would fall victim to this.

I received the green letter and sent it back to them with my opinion as to what they are doing and advised them not to contact me again. This is nothing but scare tactics and scamming, in my opinion. Red due date stamped on letter; failure to call, right to revoke coverage, etc. I believe they try to target the elderly as well. It is disgusting and dishonest. There are folks out there who may not understand and would panic over a letter like this. Their tactics are insulting.

Verry scammy "business" pretending to be your home insurance company, stating that your insurance is about to expire and you're going to be stuck with the bill.

I also got the green letter and was contacted the week before saying my information was leaked online and supposedly have a meeting with a state AG agent at our local police station soon and will bring the letter with me. This is the same type of scam as Home Protection USA but they will pressure call you and give you false information pretending to be a legitimate insurer. Do not fall for it!

Asking for social security info to "update" a home warranty? This is absolutely nonsensical and I am unsure how they're still in business doing this.

I just got the same green letter others have mentioned. I Googled it and found this. It seemed very scammy and the fine print at the bottom seemed to confirm that. How is this even legal?

****! Very predatory and threatening making it seem like my mortgage company is somehow involved when they are NOT.

Only gave a star because you have to. They get your name when you get a mortgage loan and then hustle you to call them to sell you a useless warranty. It is a scam. Notice they use their initials on the letterhead and they use urgent wording. Shame on them for fleecing *******.

I have informed them that they are in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act and will encounter a civil suit should they contact me again. They are a scam offering nothing, simply report them to both the *** and the *** and they will stop.

Title:Misled and Deceived by Trinity Home Advisors - Avoid Them!Rating: 1/5 stars (or the lowest rating possible)Review:I'm writing to warn others about Trinity Home Advisors' deceptive practices. Despite explicitly asking for home insurance, their agent assured me I would have "home warranty" without explaining the difference. I repeatedly asked if my home would be insured, and they confirmed yes. Six months and $2,400 later ([$200/month x 6 + $400 initial payment]), I discovered the truth: I only had appliance warranty coverage, not home insurance. When I called to address this issue, the agent dismissed my concerns, stating "none of our agents would ever say this is home insurance." No apology, no solution offered. Their lack of professionalism and accountability is appalling.Trinity Home Advisors took advantage of my lack of knowledge, exploiting my trust. Their agents' misrepresentations and failure to clarify the difference between home insurance and warranty constitute a blatant breach of customer trust.*Do not trust ********************** Home ********************.* Their priorities seem to be profits over people. I urge others to carefully research and seek alternative providers who prioritize transparency and honesty.*Key issues:*- Misrepresentation of services - Lack of transparency - Unprofessional customer service - Failure to provide solutions or accountability *Avoid Trinity Home Advisors at all costs.*
