    They would not cancel after I sent emails. Left several voicemails Even spoke with people there. One called me wanted to argue with me. I hung up he called right back to argue some more. They made my credit worse and did not fix what I asked them to do

    My journey began because we were preparing to buy a home and there were a few things on my credit report that needed attention, including an old collection. The entire process was very daunting to me in the beginning but I had clear communication and understanding of what the company was going to do to address the concerns on my credit report. This is not intended to be a quick fix, but if you have the patience and give it the effort needed, the results speak for itself. My credit score came up over 80 points and I am seeing a lot of results with my accounts and credit lines. I was able to buy a home, fulfilling my ultimate goal much quicker than I had anticipated. I am so thankful for ****** who took the time to not only put the results into email format for me to review, but also to follow up with phone calls explaining the next steps they would be taking throughout the entirety of the process. If youre looking for a quick fix and constant communication weekly, this program might not be for you, but if youre willing to trust White ******************************************* with your goals, I believe you will be satisfied with the service. I certainly am and would recommend them to anyone needing a hand at credit repair/ maintenance.

    I think it's a shame that the BBB can grade great businesses that help consumers just because they don't PAY MONTHLY for good grades. This company's work speaks for itself, they don't need to pay for good grades.

    THANK YOU **** *******!!!! Words can't express how instrumental and extremely helpful Mr. ******* has been in this journey. When I had lost all hope, he has gone above & beyond the call of duty, and I'm extremely grateful to have him helping me repair my credit. **** reassured me every step of the process and was extremely positive, aiding in my decision that I had made the right choice. Many times life happens and layoffs, company restructure, etc. can derail ones credit. But ****** top quality acumen and selflessness has put my credit back on the right path.??

    ***** and ******* at White, Jacobs & Associates have been absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. My credit has gone up over 100 points in 3 months and could not have asked for a better team to help me reach my financial goals. I strongly recommend them!! Dont think just do it!!

    I want to warn others about White ******* and Associates, as the credit analyst Mr. **** and company has scammed both me and my mother out of at least $1,200. Despite promising to help us with credit repair, he has not deleted anything from our credit reports, and our situation has not improved. On top of that, this company is impossible to contactcalls go unanswered, and they continue to try to withdraw funds from our checking account every day, even though no work has been done. You only hear from Mr. **** if he is trying to draft monthly payment and other payment. I have made it clear to him how I have been through a lot and was not working and sacrificed savings to get credit right. He stated they were not a scam and it only will take 4 months to improve our credit. Nothing happened and no one was willing to talk to us about our progress but made sure to call or email when requesting payments.I strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay far away from this company, as they are unprofessional, unresponsive, and clearly not trustworthy.
