      I purchased an online course for CPR recertification. After finishing the course I realized the course name was misleading and I did not have the course I needed to satisfy my requirements. I then took the correct course and paid again. I emailed explaining the situation and I initially they said they would refund or change the incorrect course to the correct one. I told them I wanted the refund. Since then they have to stopped trying to help. I have asked for a manager to call me, but that request was ignored by them. The $19.99 for the incorrect course needs to be refunded. It was a simple mistake that should have already been corrected before getting to this point. Also, they did try to say that I didn't purchase two courses, even after I sent the receipts ok and sent them the charges on my credit card. I attached all of those screen shots to this complaint.

We have attached the proof of refund which was initiated on Monday. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/09/15) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I did get the refund, but not without a hassle from this company. They kept closing my case, they refused to let me speak to a manager, and just kept talking in circles. I had to use the BBB and tell them I am disputing the charge with my credit card company so they would actually listen to what I was telling them. It is the last time I'm using their services. Actually as per email communication we got bit confused by understanding you need to swipe the courses because you have purchased wrong one. In actual if this things happens we just check whether or not person passed ******* course which he/she actually needed. If yes then we can swipe under the same invoice with out any extra payment. But you paid for another course as well so we didn't had any swipe option other than Refunding first transaction so after billing department approval we have issued your refund.       I have paid 14.99 and have not received any cards, now there asking for 5.99 plus tax for replacement cards again it was there mistake in not sending the cards at all, even after they made a mistake in spelling my name

You have paid $14.99 for "by print option" only this means you can just download certificates from your account but not receive certificates By Mail at your address. If you need your certification to be mailed then you need to pay for "Replacement Card/Mail" where you can select all the certifications to be mailed, please find detailed pricing information below : First - Wallet card in mail = $5.99 and any additional wallet card in mail cost = $0.99 First - Wall certificate in mail = $6.99 and any additional wall certifications by mail = $1.99 Both Wallet card and Wall certificate in mail = $7.99 Once user made payment has been processed then we would send your certification by mail. As we can see you have paid $14.99 (05/15/2022) and $5.99 (05/26/2022) for certificate replacement. So according to 26th MAY 2022, transaction we have already processed your certificates By Mail.       American Academy of CPR...HORRIBLE customer service and a dysfunctional website. Incapable online "customer service" I have emailed multiple times without anyone actually paying attention to the issue at hand. I have asked repeatedly for a phone call or for them to simply email the pdf of the certs I already have since I can't access it on the website and they continue to tell me to login (when I have told them it isn't allowing me to do so even after changing password "successfully" using different web browser and computers, cleaning cache, etc. It doesn't work. They could simply access my certs and send the pdf's to me but won't. I even tried taking the course a second time (free) to obtain certs and login in tells me I'm already registered then when I try to register using the "successful" password change it says invalid email and password. If I didn't own my laptop I would have thrown it by now. This SHOULDN'T BE THIS HARD TO RESOLVE.

And you suppose to renew those in 2020 but you just renewed only First Aid Certificate and passed new course BLS CPR Certification on 07/14/2020. So in this case your Adult CPR was showing not renewed and you were getting renewal notification for Adult CPR. So on 4th Aug 2020 as per your request for unsubscribe we have unsubscribed your email and as per our business logic your account went into blocked status. Due to this you were not able to login into your account. we already replied to your email with correct login credentials. but due to blocked status those credentials not worked out for you. However we have unblocked your account now you can use the same credentials to login and download your certificates. We have also attached all your certificates here as well. You purchased certificates By Print Option only in this option you can only print online,however On good faith we have mailed your certificates via USPS, here is your tracking number 9400111202573821495778 (www.usps.com).
