              My mother passed away 1/5/2024 and they still collected our payment. Says in contract but contracts ALL null and void 1/5/2024. Seeing an attorney in reference to this. This is our family's money not theirs because she died, passed away and was not at facility for the month of January.I pray they come to their senses. I will fight this as long as it takes. Not the way to treat their residents family.My mom was in ******. DON'T SIGN THEIR CONTRACTS OR INITIAL ABOUT PRORATIONS.It is proper business practices that they not take our $5150.00. ***************************** is the person I have had to deal with. Chief Revenue Officer **** about the revenue)I wish ******** and the HOA's would run them out.
