    Unfortunately, I didn't have the positive experience with Brown AC & Heating as others. ******** **** ****** sent them to my home in Pearland, the technician looked at my unit, saw some coolant on the metal covering and the ground around the unit and said, "I've never seen something like this!" He then declared he had other calls to make and left without removing the cover of the unit and checking to see why there was coolant on the outside of the unit. He returned to Brown AC and said the unit was damaged by our leaning fence (which was being replaced) close to the unit which had nothing to do with the AC unit. Thank goodness that *** sent us a second opinion in the form of ******* ** **. from Alvin who actually took off the metal cover on our AC unit, diagnosed the problem, and quickly replaced our AC unit with a brand new one. By the way - we are in our 70's and the Brown technician left our home without any AC and any concern for our welfare in the heat. To be clear -- I wrote the owner of Brown AC with our concerns to avoid a negative public review out of respect to him and his business and I received no response. As a Southern Baptist evangelist/pastor for over 50 years -- I have had a prominent place in the City of Pearland for over 35 years and would be happy to discuss with you any concerns you might have.

    My 87 year old mother's heater was broken, they came after hours and fixed it so she wouldn't be in the cold. Great service! Really appreciate them.

    This is by far the worse company I've had to deal with. I've had AC issues with this company since June 2022. They have been out to my house 7-8 times and still can't get my AC fixed. My outside unit has wires showing. My AC is worse off now than it was before I called them. I wish I could add pics of my outside unit so people can see the terrible work they do. Customer service is horrible. I've been patient with them for 4 months now and yesterday I exploded because I want the AC fixed. Now they want to play victim because I was upset. This company is not to be trusted and the do horrible work.
