  Very bad company! Owner gives a lowball quote and then after they have your household goods, they jack up the price. After arriving at my new home, many of my items were missing. I was told that because I packed my boxes, I couldnt prove the missing items were ever there. This was never mentioned when I met with the owner and told him I would be packing my own boxes. I am a widow and this company conned me. Im sorry I have to give them even one star!

  ***************** this was done by our interstate provider that we are no longer associated with. Our local crews did not service this nor did the items go into our trucks. If you would have let us know three years ago when the move took place, we could have done more about it. Please contact NVL for more information.

  I verify ************** experience. Their van broke down, they had to get a uhaul to get my belongs from the roadside. 3 hours past their scheduled arrival time. Snapped the k*** off of my washer and broke the water seal. Accessed my credit card twice without my authorization with no bill or invoice to account for the excessive amount taken from my card.

  Honestly, if I could give no stars I would. I have been on and off the phone with them getting a go around for almost two weeks. I was estimated **** for a move that turned into 2k. They charged me for boxes used and unused boxes they were shoving up our throats and then charged a whopping $229 per hour!!! Insane!!! Who affords this?! How do you give an estimate for half without disclosure and then run the card on file twice after?! I would never hire their services, not only were they unprofessional moving but unprofessional handling their business. I have yet to speak to anyone about making this right, every time I call I get told someone is going to call me back after they said they would refund my money for boxes and talking about working something out. Mind you, the moving team asked for water for their radiator (wth) and then forgot their tools at our old home that was in another city so my husband had to go and travel back to open the door to get their tools they forgot. So if you like getting taken advantage of, having your mattresses dragged on the floor and piling up all your belongings when dropping off, go ahead and book them!

  I looked at the prior reviews and see the horror, some do not even apply. It is hard being a small business, and know the online presence is important. I want to let ALL know that this company would be used again and again by myself, family, and friends. They all worked hard, are very dedicated to get the job done in a timely manner, and respect your personal property. The price was very competitive to other moving companies. Hope that other good moves get posted as well!

  VERIFY INSURANCE COVERAGE ~!! I was involved in an Auto Accident with an Affordable Movers truck and the Owner asked me not to go through Insurance as he would pay cash! This was 08/12/22 I called him on the 18th with the (3) Estimates he ask me to get. He then stated I am trying to video from the location of the accident 1st. I just filed with my UNINSURED MOTORIST to allow them to file against his Insurance and stop the games. WELL THEY HAVE NO INSURANCE AT ALL! The Company and Policy Number that was given to the Police Officer was phony. Disgusting! The Driver of the truck had no Drivers License on his person and was taken to jail on the scene. Way to go ************************* who refused to give me his last name and stated I didn't need it !!!
