5 starsWe needed 2 Window World windows replaced and they quickly set up the order. When the windows came in, they were out here in a very timely manner, sending **** ******* out to do the installation. He was great! 5 starsWifes decision to get new windows. Got hurricane windows for getting older and boarding up is young mans game. Still will if in doubt. These windows look fantastic. A lot of thought went into their design. No need to touch paint for windows have trim to cover any differences. ****** and crew were great. Respected our home and clean up was down to the last trash inside or outside the home. Great attitude working together and enjoyed them being here. Cost seemed to be a big concern but Window World came back with best price. These windows, though not the same price, are like buying a newer car. Windows can be cleaned inside and out from inside the house. New screens have blocked sun rays from make rooms feel warmer than others and home may seem a little darker inside. This purchase has been a plus all the way around except the check writing. Wasted a lot of money in life but doubt regret this purchase.Review fromPamela L

We met Design Consultant ******* ******** at the ** Home&Garden show and were very pleased that we booked a consultation with him! He had the most informative and polished presentation possible, linking Window World Facts and FAQs to our home and window needs. His mastery of product knowledge was intuitive to a homeowners needs and concerns. He did everything on the spot- choice of products, designs, materials, hardware and presented a competitive price that fit into our budget. Thank you, **** cant wait for the install!Pam&Russty

**** *********, service tech for Window World, was exceptional! I needed a damaged window replaced and French door latches adjusted and he completed the job very quickly and professionally. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Great attitude! Great job Window World!Window World TX

5 starsWindow World installed 21 windows. My windows were 1997 Aluminum regular windows that were cracked and barely functioning. The sales process was smooth with zero pressure. ***** and *** the installers were super fantastic. They were courteous, on time, finished 1.5 days earlier than scheduled, professional, and did fantastic work. I would use the company and for sure request the same installers. 5 starsEVERY experience that we had with Window World was exceptional!! Starting with Miss *****, she was so knowledgeable and very helpful when she came for the initial consultation. She knows her windows!! I took every one of her suggestions and went with it because I was confident in her from the start! She was honest in that the windows may take ***** weeks to arrive before they could install them, well, we ordered windows the 1st of October, they arrived and were installed the 13th of November!! Now lets talk about the installation crew, **** V and Crew are by far the most courteous and professional contractors that weve ever worked with. They are so respectful, not only to my husband and I, but to our PROPERTY as well!! They covered the floors and furniture near the windows as well as the ground outside the windows to make sure no debris was left behind!! They had brooms and dust pans, shop vacs and left nothing behind. I Love my new windows and will recommend none other than Window World!Review fromValorie M
