    " They are charging me for services that I did not tell me before starting the job".... On 12-07-2023 I went to ********************************* at ********************************************************** for an estimated of 2 extractions and a U partial denture, after 3 days I was called from affordable Dentures and told me, my dental insurance will pay a potion and I had to pay $ ****** out of my pocket, which I thought it was reasonable, payment was made with Debit Card ; they finish the work on February the 2nd 2024...They let pass a couple of months and sent me an invoice for $ ****** for bone repl grft ridge....

    Regarding ******************** "complaint",

    We billed his insurance per procedures performed.  His insurance was verified prior to any work done.  We are appealing his claim to his insurance as they are requesting more information in order for the claim to be paid in full.  Once the appeal has been received and reviewed we anticipate it will clear up the rest of the balance on the account.  The balance is insurance portion, not patient portion.  The patient automatically receives any statements where there is any balance on the account per our automated system just to keep the patient in the loop on their account.  It is also to keep them aware that we are still working with the insurance company to resolve any issues, in which sometimes we inquire with the patient to gain information to resolved difficult claims.  In any event, even if the insurance does not cooperate and pay as they state they will, I will make the necessary adjustments to that the patient account is resolved and the patient will owe nothing further.

    I purchased a new set of dentures between ****************** 2020. The set included 4 gold teeth of which costed $235 per tooth. About 3 months after receiving the dentures, I noticed that the gold on one of my teeth had a hole it. I contacted AFFORDABLE DENTAL & IMPLANT in ************. They told me that my dentures were under warranty and wanted to setup an appointment for me to return around that time. Due to finances, I wasnt financially able travel back to ********, **. They told me that whenever Im in the area to stop by and they would take care of the issue. I was in the ****** /************** on several occasions and stopped by several times but was told they were full or the manager was not in. On May 10, 2023, I finally got an appointment setup to get the repairs completed. When I got to the appointment, I was then told that only the dentures were under warranty but not the gold. I originally paid $235 per gold tooth and now they want $400 per gold tooth to repair the gold. Ive had these dentures less than 3 years and if I would have known that they wouldnt last this long, I wouldnt have paid extra for the gold. Im not understanding why the dentures are under warranty when they we made at the same time. Nobody told me that one would be under warranty but not the other. They didnt tell me that I would have to purchase more gold every 2 3 years. In my case it was only 3 months when the issue occurred with the gold. During this visit, they fixed some issues with the actual dentures but did not address the gold.On 5/12/2023, I had to go back to them because I experience more issues with the dentures after I got home. During that visit, I showed them where I have another tooth getting a hole and he said it was due to the bite being off. I told him that is probably what happened with the first gold tooth, but he just had the bite adjusted. I have pictures of the tooth gold that was discussed today but they didnt fix that one either.
