      I am writing to express my frustration regarding a supplemental policy. I work for a doctor's office, When I contacted them, they refused to provide claim information over the phone, stating that I needed to use their portal.However, when I informed them that I was unable to create an account on the portal and asked for assistance with registration, the representatives became very unhelpful and hung up on me twice. This experience has been very disappointing, and I hope this issue can be resolved soon.

      Ive requested to cancel and send my check- and im always being passed around. Im tired of calling for ppl not to understand what im saying. I get different info regardless of ho i speak to. This need to be shut down

      Forcing individuals to mail in a letter requesting to cancel is a joke. A customer should be able to simply cancel over the phone.

      Was quoted a price for Life Insurance and a month later received a letter stating the price would be almost $20.00 more. Called and spoke to a representative and told her I wanted to cancel the policy. She advised me to keep it until I had gotten another. Told her no and to go ahead and cancel the policy. Which I thought had been done. About 3 months later they had taken 2 payments out of my account. Called and was told I would have to file a refund request via email. Which I did! This has been an ongoing issue since August. Still no refund and keep being told it's under review.

      Payment due dates are too close to the day the bill arrives by mail. The payment website is impossible to navigate, They give the wrong payment web address, and when you try to sign in to the correct one, there is a run around. Contacting customer service does no good. Correspondence is ignored. Today, the website claimed I had to re-register to pay. I put in all the information--all correct--and received a message the information could not be validated. My payment will likely be late through the fault of the company, not mine. I want to pay online. Their site will not let me,

      Pay for reinstatement in December 2023 policy has yet to be reinstated getting the runaround funds have not been returned.

      My wife got a call from this company, twice in a row. She returned the call, and a man picked up. When this guy realized it was a only Spanish call he hung up. I tried calling several times to make sure this was not an emergency. They guy answer saying this " bro, please stop being a psycho, and handle your f$%# woman" them hung up.What a shame of company this is ....

      False advertising, Guarantee acceptance then deny you on any whim. if your 70 or older good luck getting insured. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

      They Getting Over On People 2018 I Did The Policy Paid Over Thousands Of Dollars,For Me Canceling The Policy I Will Receiving A $100.00 Within 7 To 14 Days And She Maybe It Will Take Months I Get.Getting Over Hard Working People

      The company operates like a scam. I've had to call three times to cancel policies. Each time they claimed to not know why the policy didn't cancel.
