      I bought an Axis 500 from Lowes. Within 6 months of purchasing, when hitting the brake the left signal would cut on. We then noticed the transmission starting to sound rough, it then wouldnt start at all. I read reviews and knew we had made a huge mistake and what the complaints that were stated so far are true. Contacted Lowes, they said to contact Hisun, Hisun said theyd have a mechanic contact me. Havent heard anything. I am now trying to get them to pick the side by side up to make it right and give me my money back. Ive contacted ************** to stop payment in which they have and are working on disputing this.

      Purchased Vector 500 UTV 02/23 from local ********** Develops loud squeaking/squealing noise by 03/23 - told by HD warranty issue, contact Hisun Motors Told by Hisun to bring to their repair facility - over an hour away Bring to Tri-County in *********, ** 09/23. Unable to bring any earlier due to serious health issue.Unit brought to Tri-County (now Love's) 09/21/23. Now in addition to the squeak, 2 wheel hub stems from rear wheel had sheared off. I am told squeak is from a brake sticking and hub stems would need to come from factory.01/13/2024 UTV is finally returned to me - after months of excuses for delays. When returned the hub stems have been addressed but loud squeaking remains.Now I am told by tech representative at Love's that "some of these units just come that way from the factory". "The squeak has something to do with the brake assembly provided by and installed at the factory. It is NOT a performance issue, it is just that some units will squeak, some will not"If the Vector 500 was making this very loud squeaking noise at time of purchase I would ot have purchased. If I had been told it was NOT a repairable issue when first brought in for repair, I would have demanded a refund. Now, 4 months later, neither ********** nor Hisun Motors want to assume responsibility for selling an inferior product.

      I purchased a brand new golfcart from Hisun through lowes. It was broke from day one when it was delivered to my home. I purchased this golfcart 6 months ago. It took Hisun 3 months of me calling daily to get it into a service center around my location. And now it's been at that service center for 3 months not fixed. I call twice weekly to both the service center and Hisun. Hisun does not return calls, emails or any means of contact to them. And this goes for both myself and the service center. The service center has over a dozen Hisun UTVs and golfcarts that have been there over six months, and he cannot fix them because Hisun will not contact or pay him. Multiple customers have picked up there broken Hisun golfcarts trying to fix them themselves because Hisun Motors is a scam. I have talked to multiple customer service representatives, technical service employees and managers at Hisun with nothing happening. I am now out 9k on a new golfcart that was broke since it was unloaded 6 months ago and still at the service center. Do not purchase anything from Hisun.

      Purchased Axis500 manufactured by Hisun Motors on 6/28/2022 from Lowes (*************, **) with 2 year warranty. Used only 6mos on dry roads at my summer home in ********. Run 36hours and 110miles. Transmission won't change gears and will pop out of engaging, clutch slips so bad it won't go up the slightest incline. Returned to Lowes for repair. 2months later Hisuns mobile mechanic finally showed up and refused the repair. This Axis500 obvioupsly has manufacuring defects and Hisun refuses to honor its warranty.

      11/23/22 , $1200.00 I purchased a ********************* at Tractor Supply.. after the 2nd time riding it , it stopped working. Motor start but wont move. Cord locks up. I called Tractor Supply. Would not help said call *******. Called ******* . ******* said in our hand book under warranty policy states Hisun motors covers motors for 2 years. And their contact info. In may i tried to email several times. I called and talked to lady in sales. She was rude and got loud and said ******* is wrong they do that s*** to us all the time . You call them to fix it. So I asked to speak to Supervisor and she told me NO!!! Still noone has taken responsibility for this bad product. They are blaming each other their business partners. This is bad business and should be unethical to do customers this way. I tried to get repaired. Can not find a place to work on them with in 50 miles at least. I would like for them to refund , replace or just fix it. Do the right thing. Can someone help me?

      On Oct 16 23 I bought a ***** side by side, they delivered it Monday afternoon, Tuesday morning after driving 100 ft sensors went off. So I stopped it and called the people we bought it from and they picked it up tuesday(17th) morning. 3 1/2 weeks later they called today to say a tech will go look at it the week of the 27th to see what needs to be done. I haven't got to drive this thing but my 1st payment is due. They said it was something not programed from factory. Only offered to extend the warranty. I want to know why they can't just give me another new one instead of playing Cat and mouse on the phone. Mine is sitting under a tarp now. Just take it back to Texas and leave me a new one. So everyone has been paid, so they don't care and I can't do anything about it cause it's now on my credit.

      I purchased the Axis 700 4x4 *** Camo from ****** in *********** on April 23, 2023. It was delivered to my home and the guy parked it in my garage. This was my first time purchasing a side by side, so I wanted to take time to test drive it when life calmed down which was approximately June or July. Immediately, we realized something was wrong. It was jerking, didnt want to stay on, and eventually cut off and we had to push it to the house. I called ****** and because more than 30 days had gone by, they wouldn't accept it for return or exchange. I had to call Hisun Motors, and ****** informed me that it was under factory warranty so I could take it to ************************ in *********. My brother took it there, and it has been there longer than it has with me. I called Hisun and asked for it to be replaced because this unit is obviously defective. I haven't even used it long enough to put 5 miles on it. I'm frustrated with making payments on a supposedly new product, that I haven't been able to utilize it for the purpose in which I bought it. Hisun has refused to exchange it for another unit, which I don't understand why. I received it back from Small Engine Specialist last week and had to take it back as after it cranked once, it didn't crank again without booster cables (they claimed to have replaced the battery), the unit wasn't registering the tank as being full of gas, even though I had filled it, and it was harder to steer than prior to them working on it. The *** is currently with Small Engine Specialist again! It's been there longer than it has with me. I'm paying ****** for something that I can't nor have been able to use since I purchased in April 2023. I called Hisun Motors while the *** was at Small Engine Specialist to request it be exchanged. The guy said they couldn't, and hopefully Small Engine Specialist could fix the problem. They didn't' and it's there now. I'm so frustrated now and don't trust Hisun or their products, I want a refund.

      Our family purchased a Hisun UTV for use on the farm and since day 1 had problems with it. We had purchased an extended warranty on it as well. We started having engine problems to begin with and had to take it to the place we bought it from to have it serviced (about 4 hours away one way). Once we got it back it was acting even worse than before. We contacted Hisun who stated for us to take it to ******************** which is about **************************************************** November and was told that they would look at it in a couple weeks and get back to us. Well a month passed and no call so we called and they said that they have contacted Hisun and are waiting on parts. Fast forward a few more months and we called again and was told that there are still parts needed. We contacted Hisun and the woman that answered the phone was very rude and unfriendly and told us nothing. Well fast forward to the other day and it still has not been repaired so we contacted Hisun again and the same woman answered the phone and this time she looked it up and told us that they would not fix it as it's out of warranty. It was in warranty when all this started and when it was dropped off but they took so long to fix it and quote un quote we are now out of warranty. This unit has spent more time being in the shops then it has being used for what it was purchased for. Very unimpressed with Hisun. Wish I would have known they are in ******** as I was just down in ***** visiting family and I would have stopped in to try to figure this out.

      I, Seyram Selase, am filing a complaint against HISUN Motors Corp. for subpar customer service and unresolved issues related to a machine I purchased for my nonprofit, ********** Estates. ********** Estates is a nonprofit organization dedicated to environmental stewardship, outdoor education, and providing opportunities for underserved communities in Alabama.1. Inoperable Machine: I bought a machine from HISUN that has proven inoperable. Despite multiple service attempts, the issues persist.2. ************** Delays: Multiple HISUN-associated service centers held the machine for prolonged periods without making the necessary repairs. Notably: -*********************: Held the machine for a month. Unexpectedly mentioned a brake line issue not previously communicated. - 2 Wheel Heaven: Engine and gasket replacements were promised but not executed.3. Unprofessional Behavior: A comment from ********************* insinuated I had dementia over a disagreement on the machine's condition.4. Inconsistent Communication: Numerous interactions with HISUN, including with ********************* and other representatives, were characterized by mixed messages and disregard.5. Financial and Time *************** financial losses, I missed significant commitments due to the machine's issues, negatively impacting ********** Estates (the nonprofit).Given these challenges, I believe I deserve at least half of the purchase price back.
