      On 07.05.24 I wrote a certified letter to them informing about the missing shingles on the roof and attached he 5 year warrantee document that covered the damage. On July 8, 24 I got an email from them confirming the receipt of my certified letter and requested me to send them pictures of missing shingles. On July 10, 2024 I emailed them the pictures of missing shingles that had come out because of bad workmanship or defects in the product. I did not get a response so again on July 19, 2024 I sent them an email asking on what date they will take care of the issue. They did not respond, So I sent another email on September 06, 2024 asking them to fix the problem. They have not responded. I have noticed these characteristics of this business. (1) they act like juicy fruit when you ask for a quote. (2) once you sign the contract they give you hard time,. They bring different product than what was shown at the time of contract negotiation. The workers are rude (3) do not respond to complaints and does not accept liability under warrantee. People should be careful and get every small thing in writing before signing a contract and best would be to take business elsewhere.

      Terrible, what was initially promised was not fulfilled (fascia was not replaced), rude workers, very unprofessional, left nails scattered all around the property that got me a flat tire. A 4 x 4 was left with a another price of wood to even out their mistake, an enormous pile of trash was left and not picked up until days after that I called to complaint. Even after I spoke to Roel and once again he promised to get the nails and 4 x 4 fixed he has not until this day.
