    They should stay at a F I gave them a $250 securtiy deposit in the beginning of January before the tenants moved out I have a section 8 voucher and did the application fee all at once at the sane time was of the essence for me I only got to see the apartment twice after they had moved out the first inspection they cancelled themselves since oge took the meter and since there would be no electricity in the unit knowing it woukd fail inspection they had canceled here comes the inspection section 8 canceled due to bad weather so they rescheduled here comes the 3rd inspection they told me they had switch the unit since oge was not giving them their meter back and hoping to pass they switch units and failed to get the proper paperwork in time and sectcion 8 cancelled it they also had the wrong owner listed on the paperwork the next day I asked shawna for my securtiy deposit back and tild me I no longer want the unit I told her I am legally entitled to my full securtiy deposit after 30 days and I didnt give them permission to change the unit without my acknowledgment so shawna said well we will mail so the next day i called she told ne i have to speak to some girl name peaches and they can only give me $50 out of my security deposit I told shawna I did the application the money order states security deposit and told her i would get back with her and put a lawsuit for april 25 the next week they refunded my security deposit in full and gave them paperwork to dismass the claim from rhe courthouse
