    We called ****'s Plumbing and Air. We got a technician to the house who did not know anything, did not quote us a fee upfront per what we were told over the phone. Instead the junior plumber took it upon himself to add , tighten and do small handyman adjustments. Then after he was completed with his BS he charged us over $500. We called the office and ***** made it seem as this was normal procedure. It is called a RIP OFF. Do not use ****** Plumbing and Air in ******* **. Most of the ****** reviews are FAKE with fake ****** handles. We are out of $500! This was a scheme to get into our property . We were told they would quote us a fee then start work. We NEVER agreed to doing handyman stuff. We could have added a s**** ourselves. How stupid. What a waste of time.***** needs to go to trustworthy classes 101 since she lied to us. The entire staff at ****** Plumbing and Air are liars. Do not trust, do not use.
