    "I drive a Luxury vehicle and take pride in keeping my vehicle washed and cleaned. Recently I went into the car wash and upon coming out I had what looked like a blue paint substance all on the hood of my REMOVEDas soon as I noticed it I immediately went to management who (before even viewing the footage) had already decided the were not responsible for the substance (yet all the equipment is a rubber and BLUE) yoh can clearly see the the substance going in an upward motion (the direction of the wash) I was met with an attitude with nothing but disrespect and attitude." ...
