      I haven't sent in a review for anything before, but really felt like I needed to for this. Steven & Travis with Legacy Plumbing came to my house about a month ago to investigate a possible gas leak. They were so nice and professional, definitely genuine in how they conversed with me and my husband. They talked with us, explaining everything, with no rush. The issue I personally have with many service companies is their trustworthiness or honesty, meaning, for example, are they going to push a $5000 repair/sale for something that is really just a fuse... do they care more about the sale or being honest and doing what's right. I felt like these guys were trustworthy, and that means alot to me. Whenever I need Legacy to help me in the future, I am asking for these guys. Legacy... don't let these guys go!

      Legacy Plumbing sent Matthew & Mitchell out to take care of some things at our new house, which included a full house inspection. They were fantastic!!! Extremely knowledgeable and happy to educate me along the way and provide tips. They really went above and beyond. I've received top notch customer service from every single person I've spoken to at Legacy Plumbing and will continue to reach out to them with all future plumbing needs without hesitation!

      Ahndre and Mitchell fixed our bathroom faucet leak, slow draining sink, and flushed one of our water heaters...all in one visit. These guys were fantastic. They explained everything they were going to do and communicated the job along the way. I look forward to working with them in the future!

      Our hot water heaters were showing their age so it was time to replace. Ahndre and Ramone came to do the job. They were very professional and explained everything up front. Once the job was complete, the quality of work was beyond expectation. Ahndre and Ramone went over every detail of the new heaters as well as warranty. In the end there are no questions. Thank you Legacy Plumbing for send a great team!

      I had a gas leak. Jeremy and Joey showed up and found the source of the leak in no time. The two were very professional and also respectful. They arrived on time as scheduled and walked me through the task. The two displayed excellent trouble shooting skills and are highly experienced. I am happy would recommend Legacy Plumbing to friends and family at anytime.

      Had a leak to my main water line discovered on July 4th. Filled out a few contact forms for plumbers that evening hoping for a visit the next day. Eric with Legacay plumbing emailed me that same evening letting me know to call in the morning to check for an opening and scheduled me a few days later as backup. They were able to fit me in the next morning. Ahndre was the plumber and he was excellent with his communication skills and troubleshooting skills. Advised me of his process before he began, kept me informed throughout and provided details of how the issue happened and what I can do to prevent it in the future. Overall, very happy with Legacy plumbing.

      Master Jedi (Mike C******) and Young Jedi (Hubert) arrived on time to address my potential hot water pipe leak issue at the house. They quickly assessed the situation, brought us up to speed regarding the problem and what could have caused it, described in detail the corrective process, and estimated cost to resolve the issue. Then they went to work like two pros fully committed to expel the dark force from our house; with an occasional burst of laughter as they vanquished one demon after another from the hot water pipes.
      The job was finished on time and within the price estimate provided at the start. Needless to say we thoroughly enjoyed the experience working with the two of them and would not hesitate a bit to have them back should the need arise.
      It cannot be overlooked that Legacy Plumbing is doing something right by their employees...which usually translates into employees doing right by the customers. I am hopeful that Mike and Hubert are not the exception but the norm at LP. I had a positive experience with GrandMaster Jedi (Master Plumber Tharin?? Sp.) the day before the visit and he laid out everything I should expect from his crew. Exactly as advertised.
      Well Done LP!!! Kuddos all around.

      Will and Travis did a fabulous job installing a new Comfort height Legacy provided toilet and new shut off valve. Will took great pain in carefully explaining our plumbing situation being that our home is older. They were patient with our concerns, and are very personable, professional and easy to work with. The area was so clean, and the caulk around the base of the toilet was a thin, perfect wonder to behold! Thank you Legacy Plumbing for your help, from our scheduling with Thomas to the install with Will and Travis.
