5 starsOur 2nd time to use Legacy Plumbing was just as wonderful experience as our first to fix two different plumbing issues. My recent experience with Legacy Plumbing project managers and associates has been absolutely refreshing. The Legacy team I had the good fortune to work with, including ****** ******, ****** the excavation master, and ***** *****, ******** ****** and ***** ********* were an absolute delight to work with on all stages of a challenging domestic waterline replacement project in our front yard. My interaction with all of these Legacy associates was productive, professional, and pleasant. Legacy is the only plumber I will deal with. Period. Heres why: No matter who is assigned and for what. From installation of new fixtures to leak detection, these guys are simply the best. We have owned two homes in ***** since 1995 and have never been unimpressed with the professionalism and high level of service we receive. Our latest experience turned out to be an unexpected and undetectable leak under our wood flooring. After a thorough look over our home, the issue was diagnosed and solved. ******* and **** did a great job on the repair and made a couple of other recommendations to prevent any future issues. Legacy Plumbing is awesome! The scheduling was easily done online. They actually called and asked if they could arrive a little earlier than the 2hr window, which was great. ****** was the best! He explained everything. Showed the work done and how it all worked. He had a helper/assistant who was great as well. Both were very professional and friendly. Cleaned up after they were done and went over everything. Very personable. Interacted with my kid and talked about our pet bunnies. Overall just a great experience. Suffice to say, we have the plumbing company we will be using for all our future plumbing needs.Legacy Plumbing

Weve used a few diff companies in the 20 yrs in our house, but Legacy Plumbing is by far the ********** go to company. **** **** arrived on time, was very personable & knowledgeable, and completed the work quickly and cleanly. He provided a few maintenance recommendations and even pointed out some issues we werent aware of which he also handled for us. **** was very easy to work with and the rate was very reasonable. I recently used Legacy Plumbing in the ***************** area and was blown away by their service. After discovering a leak from a water heater in my attic and a clogged sink in my daughters bathroom, I called Legacy based on their great Yelp reviews.Even though it was 9 PM, I spoke to a real personnot a robotwho took my info and promised a call in the morning. True to their word, they called first thing and had someone available that same day.****, the plumbing specialist, arrived early, clean, professional, and respectful of my home (even wore shoe covers). He explained everything clearly, found both water heaters needed replacing (they were 17 years old), and broke down the costs. ****, a fellow veteran, walked me through the issues and earned my trust right away.He coordinated with his apprentice ****, and by 3 PM, both heaters were replaced, and the sink was fixed. The speed, communication, and professionalism were outstandingfrom start to finish.Legacy hires veterans and delivers top-tier service.
