    A person identifying themselves with several names (*******************, *******************, *************************, ****) has called me and left voicemails stating papers will be delivered to my home or place of employment today 11/6/23. Left a phone number of ************ but did not give a business name. I called the number a left a message and received a call back from ************ and he then identified himself as ************************* (his voicemail said *******************). He stated he worked at Prime Recovery and that I owed a debt. I asked several times for documentation regarding this and he became increasingly agitated and began telling me that I wasn't a ******************************* and he would pray for me. He told me "he knew my kind" and told me he was going to expose the corruption and a "storm was coming". He began talking about voter fraud and corruption. He said "we wear white hats" and "we are exposing it all". He started speaking to someone in the background about how I "take out loans and don't pay them back". I then told him that I was ending the conversation with him and I'd prefer to speak to someone else such as a supervisor. He became incoherent and I hung up. He then called a family member and identified himself as "****". Told that family member he was going to pray for me because "I don't pay my bills". This representative is unprofessional to say the least and I do not want him contacting me or my family members ever again. If these tactics are standard practice for this company and I continue to receive these calls I will move forward with filing additional complaints.

    I have no knowledge of this company. I have never done business with this company nor I recognize any of their claims. They have never mailed proper validation nor explicit verification of their claims. Instead they keep harassing me and calling using spoofed numbers that appear to be coming from someone local to my area code. They have also sent texts and disclosed personal information to different family members in an attempt to coerce and intimidate. In fact, that constitutes a violation of my privacy rights. Further, I have never given my number nor any of my family members' numbers away nor permission to be contacted, so this is a clear attempt to harass and intimidate. I have no knowledge of this company, their claims and they have never mailed any proper form of validation. I reject any of their claims and I wish to not be contacted by them nor for them to not contact any person associated with me. I would also like for them to stop disclosing personal information to other people. I would pursue any legal option afforded to me under the law if this continues.

    Prime Recovery Solutions has repeatedly called & harassed not only myself but my husband, my parents, & my sister leaving voicemails saying that they were going to come to my home, place of employment & take me to court if I did not pay the amount owed on a *********** account that I stayed owing a balance with. I have absolutely no recollection of this account. I called *********** & they have no record of the account. I called Prime Recovery Solutions called me again as I was speaking to *********** & pressed me into making said payment again. That is when I informed them that there was no account & it must have been well over the statute of limitations & legally they were not allowed to harass me at which point I was hung up on. I called again & requested all information associated with their place of business from someone named "Jessica" at which point I was hung up on again. They are no longer taking my calls. The number they called from & the number I am calling back is******************

    I received a voice mail from this company saying it was an attempt to collect a debt that is not mine. My parents also were called and the message left on their voicemail was very alarming to them and both were threatening to come to my home. This was the first time I had been contacted by them, I tried to call back and was placed on hold twice for over 30 minutes each time. This is a debt that I know nothing about, I don't have any unpaid debt and I nor my parents agreed to be contacted by this company. Before these people call and leave threatening messages, they should make sure they are contacting the right person.
