    VERY DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!This dealership sent several people to my home claiming they were individual buyers trying to buy my car that I had for sale! They then told me they were a dealer and offered me far less than they told me they were going to pay! I am filing a legal order now regarding this matter. Even after telling them this they are still doing it!!

    Were sorry to hear the customer was upset by our outreach. Our team regularly contacts private sellers. We never represent ourselves as a private buyer, it's actually a benefit selling to a dealer such as guaranteed funds, secured transaction, and no liability to seller. It's not something we would ever hide. This is a common and legitimate practice in the automotive industry. At no point did we misrepresent any binding agreement or guarantee a specific offer.

    We operate with transparency and integrity and regret any misunderstanding. The customer is never under any obligation to accept our offer.

    There's nothing deceptive about making an offer, especially when the seller is voluntarily advertising their car to the public. Being upset that someone responded to your for-sale ad and made you a offer is like being mad that people showed up to an open house.

    Well that is completelyi inaccurate! I ask the two separate buyers if they were dealers and they emphatically said no! I would have wasted my time notifiying The BBB if this wasn't the case.The both later identifed themselvesas agents for Maverick motors . I have received several phone calls from your agent apologizing for his deception!!

    I DON'T RECOMMEND MAVERICK!! I'm extremely disappointed by Sales manager's behavior and post-sales response. I purchased the car based on one test ride and assurance from company that there are no issues. Experience has been lame and of zero customer satisfaction. I don't know if this is because I refused to buy their so called 'Warranty' plan, but I still paid premium for car, paid high amount for their internal 'checks', paid a very high interest rate for financing it and not sure if I got a fair deal or not.1) I have been requesting for car inspection, given the engine started stressed noise just after 3-4 days of purchase. NO RESPONSE to my requests.2) Tire pressure was less than 10 when car was delivered but TPMS showed no warnings. I have requested for check-up and NO RESPONSE.3) Sales manager lost the down payment cashier's check and literally threatened me to cancel deal by deducting money, asking for new check immediately. Which I provided in another week.4) No process explanation was given to me on how can I get the Title back after loan is closed.Overall, they exploited my desperate need of buying my first car asap and utilized opportunity to make profit, keeping customer satisfaction as no priority. Their silence to my requests is questionable. I would like to raise this to Company's leadership for improving a customer experience which I believe is one of the promise. HOPE I AM BEING HEARD!

All our vehicles undergo a thorough inspection before sale, but as with any pre-owned vehicle, we encourage buyers to have an independent inspection before purchase. Since you declined our optional warranty, post-sale repairs or inspections are your responsibility.2. Tire pressure can fluctuate due to external factors, and while we ensure vehicles are delivered in proper condition, we are happy to review any concerns you may have had at the time of purchase.3. Regarding the down payment, you took the downpayment check home and refused to bring it to us. You claimed we lost the check then when you finally brought in a new check it was the same check dated the date of the sale. 4. Title release is processed through the lender once the loan is fully paid off. We always advise customers to reach out to their lender for title-related questions.

    My husband insisted on buying a car he found online here. When he test drove it, he said the engine lagged and the service light was on. We were reassured about 4 times that it was 'just' the gas cap and it was already ordered and would be in within a week. We were also told we'd get a call to bring the car in when its here. He decided to purchase with a promise to resolve the engine light by the dealership. That same day, he drives no more than 19 minutes home, uses his tool to check the error code, and finds its actually a malfunctioning turbo. When we contacted the dealership after a few weeks to 'see if they'd call about the gas cap', they seemingly had no record of any engine light on this vehicle. There was no 'gas cap' ordered. Absolute LIE by the salesperson. In addition, they THEN performed diagnostics and tried to tell us the turbo error code happened after we drove off the lot. They decided to offer to pay half of the replacement. I circled back and found the video of my husband checking it on the day of purchase, called them, and only response was to offer a free oil change and some perks within the service labor pricing. That's not all! They kept the car for a day to diagnose, we picked up the next morning, and that same day, while driving on the highway, the skid plate is hanging off the car and my husband had to pull over and work on it. The snaps/screws for it were missing. Coincidence? We had the car for almost a month with no issue, the same day we get it back, things are falling off on the highway putting my husband and other cars in danger! When contacting them, they claimed they didnt touch anything under the car. At this point, with all of the things said so far, not sure this place is honest or their service is trustworthy. I guess we will see how they do with the turbo fix that we are paying half of when we shouldnt be. They also didnt offer a ride or to pay for Uber and we will be making several trips at this point.

    ***** is awesome!! He went above and beyond to help me get the perfect car for my daughter .. We spent HOURS back and forth. I was willing to pay cash value for the car but when the bill came they have added insurance which I declined because I already have full coverage insurance. They would not sell me the car at the quoted price but inflated by $2000 forcing you to buy their insurance. One of The best family owned place weve been in a long time But false advertising on prices

    I had a really bad experience here So I was selling my car here so the guys said they will buy it for ****** so I said ok but when I went they said Oh sorry your car is worth ****** this is why carmax is better dont waste your time here

    I drove 2 hours to buy a jeep they had for sale, they said they would send a buyers guide to my credit union. They did everything but what they said they would do. They wouldnt sell me the car unless they financed and put deposit down. A buyers guide was a sure sale for them. They were being greedy and deceitful. I have great credit it didnt matter. Pure greed. ********** and gas money driving there. Dont buy from them, not very trustworthy

    Can't trust these guys. They change things up multiple time and do not follow thru. I would never sell or buy a car from these crooks. Their word meaningless. **** has poor customer service skills. I was told I was a dumb *** for not accepting his offer. Save yourself time and money and go to a real dealership. Thanks but no thanks.
