- The Leander KOA refund policy is clearly stated prior to completing any reservation. Tent camping spaces and RV sites have a $10 cancellation fee 48 hours prior to arrival and the entire deposit is nonrefundable within 48 hours of arrival. Cabins have a $10 cancellation fee 7 days prior to arrival and the entire deposit is nonrefundable within 7 days of arrival. Except reservations that include any clearly stated Holiday and/or Special Event dates require full payment and 100% nonrefundable deposit. Cabins, RV and Tent Sites have a flexible exchange policy with no change fees, except the difference in costs associated with the new rates with 24 hour notice.
