      Unfortunately I found out the hard way that Certapet is a referral service so many apartments won't actually accept it. Then you're out about $180 because they refuse to refund it.

      Excellent services. Staff and therapist are so kind and understanding. Communication is effective and quick and they try to solve any issues you may have with the plaftorm, etc. Highly recommended!

      I think they are a scam. They take your money before you know if you qualify. I tried do the assessment but I couldn’t do it on my phone. I called and said I wanted a refund and they charged me $5.00.

      Certapet has the worst therapist. She was rude and condescending. No one should ever be treated poorly by someone that is getting paid. They need to make sure they are hiring credible people.

      This is a great resource for a medically certified disabled person who needs a service dog that has the resource to have one trained. You also get support to get letters to help with travel with your service animal and hotel accommodations when traveling. I highly recommend Certapet to any disabled person. The therapist are great and highly professional with highly certified credentials.

      I love the ease of the certapet process and the great therapist I was assigned that approved my *** and continues to do so for me when I renew. She's so professional as well as kind. She always checks to make sure if I have questions that she is glad to help and answer. She also provides great resources for other kinds of treatments as well.
