    I was referred to All Pets and I'm very impressed by the staff from my first call, and the excellent care. Upon arrival I met with Emanuel and the information of my dog was already forwarded and Emanuel noted a few signs regarding William I even did not catch. DVM Fraser examined William and within the hour we knew what was going on. He stayed at the clinic for 36 hours and I received frequent updates from Emanuel and even a video of William resting comfortable and the second day from Aydrey. When he was discharged I received a file from Audrey with very up to date information about William stay, care and treatments, results of tests and X-rays, intake of water and food and medications. A big thank you to the staff and to technicians Emanuel and Audrey, and DMV Fraser and Zhang. Next time you are my very first choice, you all were so very kind, friendly and caring for William when he was in distress. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Josay and William (Will-I-Am).

    I went here for an emergency for my dog. I called and spoke on the phone with Alma, who was very helpful in answering my immediate questions as to whether or not I needed to take my dog in. Once that was established, she got my information quickly over the phone so that they were ready for us when we walked in. Dr. Fraser did the initial exam. He was kind, thorough in his exam, clear in his diagnosis and recommendations, and answered our questions. I was very confident in him, and would want to see him again if I had another emergency come up (hopefully not). Audrey was the nurse/tech assisting him (and us) in answering questions. My dog was promptly admitted into the hospital to begin immediate treatment. They were so quick to treat. The night time nurse was AMAZING. HALEY was kind, empathetic, knowledgeable. She was patient with me, and gave me frequent updates on my dogs status. Throughout the night I received updates and pictures. Haley gave us confidence and comfort knowing that our dog was in the best care. Haley's care should be in a textbook somewhere on how to care for patients and communicate to owners. Dr. Manning was the vet caring for our dog overnight. I appreciate all the care he provided. It is because of their care and expertise that my dog is happy, healthy and snuggling with me today. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
