Katy Memorial Roof Cleaning & Power Washing provides exterior cleaning services that make your roof, home and its surrounding property look new while saving you money by helping the roof and paint on your home last longer. We do not use a pressure washer to clean roofs. We apply solutions approved by the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association (ARMA) with no pressure that kill the bacteria & toxic mold spores. Then we restitute your soils' pH and neutralize any runoff. Our system doesn't leave sludge residue pollutant in your yard. We know how to clean Gloeocapsa Magma (Black Mold) from your roof. We also remove acid rain pollutants, mildew, mold and algae, surface oxidation, dirt from all surfaces at low pressure.
