5 stars*** and the team at Linear Roofing were amazing from start to finish. *** helped us get started with the insurance claim process and was very patient through the same. Once everything was approved, we were on the schedule within a week. They did an awesome job on our roof and we love it. He kept us informed every step along the way. 5 starsI love working at Linear. As an experienced Project Manager, I noticed the culture shift right away during my interview it was a clear step up from what I was used to. Linear is a national platform with resources that other companies simply didnt offer: strong admin support, engaged leadership, and a culture that puts people first. All of that allows me to focus entirely on helping homeowners which is exactly what Im here to do. Im able to give a mom and pop experience with robust support, warranty options, manufacturer relations, the works. The company staff exemplified a level of professionalism that I have not encountered in a long time. His word was given and his word was carried out. We could trust him at every step of the process. His dedication to excellence was notable. The crew was so good that they worked like a well oiled machine, following procedures, steps in proper order, and with smiles on their faces! ***** ***** took care of everything to meet the needs of the workers and clients, so that we understood each process as they put on the roof. *** Damans model of excellence was exemplified all the way from start to finish through his Project Manager *****, his dedicated workers, and all the way to the completion of the task. 1 starBeware of Linear I worked for Linear with hopes of building a career, but unfortunately, the experience left me frustrated and financially burdened. During my time there, I found the commission structure to be misleading. Despite putting in the effort, I lost out on an estimated $10,000-$15,000 in commissions, with no response from management when I tried to address the discrepancies. For about 5 months, I went without pay, which put immense financial strain on me. When I mentioned taking on a secondary job to make ends meet, they warned that doing so would mean I really wouldnt make it at Linear.Their requirement to travel long distances only compounded my debt, and I ended up with nearly $30,000 in credit card debt, forced to cover travel and expenses just to keep up with the job.The environment felt more like a high-pressure sales pyramid scheme than a supportive workplace. I had two team leaders who frequently pressured me into actions that benefited them, leaving me feeling undervalued and manipulated. Messages from one of my team leads were particularly demeaning, which was disheartening for a career-driven professional. Additionally, employees were often encouraged to post positive reviews online to win contests, like dinners or drones, rather than genuinely reflecting their experiences.Linear promotes itself with the motto, We are not the same. This became evident, but not in a positive way. If youre considering a career with Linear, be cautious. My advice: research thoroughly and weigh your options. My experience left me feeling undervalued, financially drained, and ultimately disappointed. I do in fact have evidence of every claim on this post.Linear Roofing & General Contractors, LLC

5 starsAbsolutely flawless service from **** in Southwest *******. I received a quote for a shingle replacement promptly after my initial request, all of my questions were answered, correspondence was straight forward and direct, there were no hoops to jump through nor "salesman tactics" to get it done. **** kept me updated throughout the entire process with contract information, permitting, and status of construction. He was incredibly thorough with his pictures and information and literally took hundreds of photos to keep me updated along the way as I do not reside in the same state as the property. 5 starsLocation ******************We have just finished having our roof replaced by Linear Roofing. We are very satisfied with the quality of the materials and service provided by the Project Manager .***** ********. ***** was informative and helpful throughout the entire project. All questions or other issues were taken care of quickly. I was impressed with his ************** explain we were planning on replacing our roof but had not contacted any roofing companys. There was a knock at our door and **** offered to fly his drone around our roof and assess it for damage or areas of concern. Also, no cost or obligation for the service. My thoughts were its free there is no one walking around the roof putting dents or causing damage to justify need for repair or replacement. When **** was done with his drone flyover he said we did have hail damage. He said he would email me the report. We reviewed the report and I had further questions and invited him back. We talked about damage, material used, under-layment material and cost. I even had questions about a metal roof. Material was *** brand or *** brand shingles. Cost was about what I had estimated after research online. Due to the hail damage ***** suggested we make a claim to our insurance *** We did and it was approved.When it came to color of shingles, there were samples. ***** provided us a list of at least 84 homes by Linear Roofing in our immediate area in the last 6 months. We decided on 2 colors and were able to drive around and see a few houses with the colors we liked. Since we had the address I was able to look up the owners online and call them and ask if they were satisfied with the work. All said yes and had no problems recommending Linear Roofing. Big plus for Linear.Soooo! We were scheduled for work and ****** was due in two days. They had the shingles and material removed from the roof. After material was put back up and work completed 5 days before ******. Cleanup after job was very good./Linear Roofing & General Contractors, LLC
