    I have no words! I am so hurt and me and my family is left to be homeless because of this horrible results! My husband had 3 strokes and is healing from having them but now Im afraid this will cause him to have another one. Thanks a lot Safe Rent because they denied us because you denied us. I work and hold my Family down all by myself and now this!!!!!!!!! I dont know what else to do

    Safe rent says that the complex makes their own decisions and yet those decisions, are based off of safe rents report. In the report they use Equifax score and they also have something on there called the safe rent score. Im assuming they use the two scores together to come up with the generated score because my Equifax score is 100 points higher than the one they reported.

We provide the client with your VantageScore 4.0- which is issued by the bureau. The VantageScore is different than a FICO score.     What a horrible screening service . Reported false information and my FICO score was 70 points lower than everywhere else . By the looks of the reviews seems like Im not the only one . We make 6x the rent offered higher deposit and still denied

    This company is an absolute joke. It is almost a slap in the face. You can have a 650 credit score, and then get denied for a "Safe Rent" score by 9 points. Me and my fianc both had 642+ credit scores and he has $200.00 in debt(active) pays on it monthly. I have 0 debt because I had a discharged bankruptcy case and in their terms it states it cannot be held against you as long as it is discharged. Mine has been discharged for MONTHS. They are an absolute slap in the face. Now I see why there has been so many complaints, and even lawsuits. We have been building and building our credit. We have been at our current place since 2021 and they do not report to the credit bureaus, but we have a FULL history of 4 years of rent PAID ON TIME. This place is an absolute JOKE!

    Ive been denied on a rental house. I have 700 credit score. Our combined income is 8.5x the rent. We have amazing rental history and still were denied for a home by a property management who outsource to SafeRent rental score. I feel as if this needs to be explained into why this score was given besides them saying credit, rental history, etc. Property managements shouldnt be able to use a unaccredited company for this

When you apply with a co-applicant, the score is a combination of both files.     We have tried to rent a home and now an apartment and for both of them the letter provided from SafeRent to the complex says DENIED. I have lived in my complex for 14 yers and I pay my rent on time. I want to move due to increase. I found a beautiful house and also a complex that was bigger than i have cheaper and I cant even move due to this company. This also says that they are not even BBB accredited Where did this company come from and why areProperty Management using them. If all they give is false information.

    The worst! been praying hard on the house and i had to apply through safe rent! i see why they have a lawsuit out that they lost too! i made sure my credit was about the requirement before i even applied. so i apply SafeRent say my credit score is over 100 points less than my credit score. so i called Saferent to see which credit bureau they used. They told me Equifax. I had equifax and they confirmed they see the inquiry and that my credit score was over 100 points more than what SafeRent told the house i applied for. Im beyong ****** and thinking about doing a lawsuit myself. Becuase i am a black single mom just lik the first lawsuit they have out saying they are racist !
