- Refunds will only be issued if product is returned within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in working order, clean and include all original packaging. Conductive pads, garments, scalp electrode, bell & Right angle electrodes nor any customer ordered products are returnable/refundable. Water filters cant be returned if used. A 10% return handling & restocking fee is charged on all accepted returns. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
