My current order is ready to ship but has been placed on hold. Due to ResetSmile using me as a test patient when I applied for the *** loan without my acknowledgment or consent. I've made several payments on the loan but no product! *** advised me that Resetsmile would need to send an email to *** and ask application and loan be deleted and I would have to apply from start again, without being guaranteed of approval once's deleted. Its on my credit score. When I try to reach out to Resetsmile which I have for the past three weeks I can never get anyone live to speak with me> Only answering services asking me to leave a message and someone will return my call and they don't!Business Response

On which reset smile stated they were sending the partial out on April 4 but when they never delivered on stated that they sent another email on 04/24/25 would be providing me a refund. Stating that my refund was processed and that it would take 5-10 business days to go back to my card. It is not day 17 not counting weekend days. I have called several times and now no one answers they send you to an answering call center in ********* where no one ever calls you back. I need my money back this company is doing janky business to say they least they were answering with no problem until they had to return my money now I dont have my money and they are not answering. Total scam. The tooth is smaller than my child's, it's rough, doesn't look real and the gum part doesn't fit properly. It looks nothing like the pictures shown of others. I reached out after they asked me what was wrong with the fit so they could assist and never got another response even after multiple follow **** All it does is cause pain when I try wearing it and there's no way you eat with it as they state, it would break. I purchased a new flipper from Resetsmile. I received the new tooth and it did not fit. I emailed the company and after a couple of emails was told someone would get back to me. It's been months and I have not heard from anyone. I purchased a new tooth that I cannot use and the company refuses to address this.Business Response

In November, 2024 I ordered a tooth replacement from ResetSmile. Since then, they have made 2 separate teeth for replacement. both cause much pain, misalign my jaw and cannot be used for chewing food. I have called, emailed several times. Their AI does not get back with me. After 2 attempts, I do not believe they can help me. I am 75 years old and cannot wait months at a time to possibly hear back from them. I don't think they are close to getting a proper fit for **** have all the items and kits sent to me. I can return them in order to obtain a refund. Purchased the kit; however I was not able to send in impressions within 30 days. Subsequently, my children payed for me to see a dentist. When I asked to return ********* KIT was told they would not take the kit back as 30 days had passed. My understanding was 30 days guarantee was for kit that was used, not for an unopened, unused kit. Failure to take back their own product from a senior citizen is bad business practice.Business Response

I started my service on 10/22/24 with the goal of having my devices for the holidays.I did receive my devices on 12/23/24. The devices were a good fit BUT the teeth were very small and somewhat crooked. I notified the company via email. Having the understanding that we were in the middle on the holiday season I allowed for extra days of waiting for someone to get back with me. I did receive an email response on same day. I explained the problem and sent photos as was requested but have yet to get any response from the company what so ever. I ordered an upper and lower dental partial from this company on 11/4/24. I need my partials because last year I went into a coma and found out I needed two organ transplants. My teeth became damaged when I was in a coma. I have an appointment to look for an organ transplant match but wanted my teeth to look nice before my video as these things matter and my life depends on it. I have yet to receive my product. This company keeps telling me it's completed and they are forgetting to mail it but my account reflects otherwise and they knew from the start that I needed these for my appointment and guaranteed it. I paid $648 for a device to correct my smile. I have sent in dozens of emails requesting assistance because I don't have the product and there's very little to no communication with this company unless you tell them ypu believe they're fraudulent. Even then, they responded a few times, but then just disappeared again, and now I'm back to sending multiple messages with no response.
