      Someone hacked my account and used the gift card balance to purchase something 3000 miles away from me. To told customer care that it wasnt me and had all the info on the order because it was emailed to me and they did absolutely nothing about it. Basically just told me to reset my password to prevent it from happening again. Lost $90 and they were useless to help me retrieve it

      I was at the **************************************************************. And was followed all over the store, buy a black security guard, when I complain to the Mgr. SHE WALKED AWAY, & wanted to do more shopping and he stopped me from going to the *********** I just left. I went to check out, & he stared at me, & when I left he said don't come back. Horrible experience at thus location at [********************** *****.]90019,

      AFTER MY TRANSACTION WITH THE MICHEALS STORE, THE NEXT DAY, I FILED A COMPLAINTS WITH THE CITY COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVE OF THIS STORE, & WAS TOLD BY STAFF MEMBERS, THAT THIS LOCATION OF MICHEALS AT 1302, S.LABREA, ************, HAVE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS FROM THE RESIDENTS WHO LIVE IN THE ***** ABOUT, SECURITY & THE **** OF THIS STORE. & IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO WAS MISTREATED.

      I had the most horrible experience with a clerk and manager at Michael's located at ****************************. I approached the cashier, smiled, said good afternoon, and handed her my items. I showed her my phone that had a discount coupon. She dropped her shoulders and stared at me. I politely asked her if I said something to offend her (because she paused and glared at me.) She said in a sharp 'tone' that she had to ring it up first. I said okay, and held up the phone as she was ringing it up. I said, 'when you're ready." Again she pursed her lips and said I was being rude and told me she refused to ring up my purchase. I asked for the manager. I believe the manager was "*****" who said something about the store Wifi. I informed her that was not why I wanted to speak with her. I explained the situation while the woman behind me online (who moments earlier lost her Michael's card and who I helped and went to look for it and found it for her) heard the entire exchange. "*****," said the clerk who now walked away, has the right to refuse to ring me up. I then said, "you are condoning bad behavior by letting her get away with speaking to me like that and refusing to ring up my order. At that point, the clerk came back. As I was inserting my credit card, "*****" slammed her fist down, punched the counter, inches away from me, and stared unblinking at me until I said, "is my purchase finished?" I felt very threatened and very frightened by her actions not to mention uncomfortable. Not only am I a member of media, the ************************************* (my expertise is Arts and Entertainment), I have several small businesses in which one of them is an art studio. My students pay thousands of dollars at Michaels monthly (not any longer after this-we'll go to Hobby Lobby) This behavior is unconscionable. A customer should never feel threatened and intimidated by a store employee. If they worked for me they'd both be GONE! Violence is NO answer!

      This review is of the store in ******, ********. dealt with 4 different people who work there. Gal as checkout was very nice and wanted to help with a refund for the fabric that was cut incorrectly by 2 different ********s. *******, the first ******** who misscut it was very rude and sure he couldn't have done it wrong. Second ********, a girl, was very nice but also misscut it. Final person was the manager of the store ****** who they called at home. She said no refunds for cut fabrics because her ********s couldn't have made mistakes.

      They stole the money off my daughters gift card during check out and then said that it would be refunded in 10 business days and they never refunded it. I have been emailing online and speaking to the store manager in person ever since and no one knew how to do anything nor rectify the situation. The store manager cant even reach help from their corporate office. Michaels will NEVER get another dime from us again and I will tell my story to everyone and encourage them to shop elsewhere. What kind of company steals from a child and doesnt make it right bc they had an incompetent cashier?! I will not go silently as if this did not occur

      I opened a Michaels credit card at the encouragement of a cashier, but I never received the card or full account information. Despite not having access to the account, I was charged late fees and *********** avoid further issues, I made a minimum payment without even having my full account details. When the card finally arrived, I discovered that three months of interest charges had accrued. I contacted ************* customer service to explain the situation, but they refused to reverse the ********** my opinion, a good bank would have offered a courtesy adjustment, considering the delays appeared to be caused by their own processes. What was presented as a savings opportunity instead resulted in unexpected costs and frustration.I would caution others to think carefully before opening a Michaels credit card or any account managed by *************.

      Cashier at the *******, ******* location was extremely rude. Skinny boy with long hair and nails. I walked up to the counter with zero acknowledgment. Told me the reason for the zero acknowledgment was because I didnt follow the line correctly and he was on his tech device in the middle of something. Actual first words out of his mouth was phone number?. Then I call corporate and the lady hangs up on me because I would not give her my name, phone number and email address. Pointless to probably even bring this up because it seems to be an issue all round. Unfortunate.

      Bought two frames from Michaels asked me if I wanted a credit card I could get the frames cheaper I said yes. They took my drivers license. I live in ********, but I was shopping in ***************** at my winter home. They wrote all the information down from my drivers license and didnt ask me anything else getting my license back and said you have credit. They sent the bill to my house in ******** and I have all my mail forwarded down to ******* in the winter time it mightve taken 10 days for it to get from ******** to ******* as soon as I got it, I paid it. Problem is it was late and now Im being charged 35% which turned out to be $42. I never saw this late charge and I got charged another late charge. Then they ruined my credit which was at 787 and now is down to 700. Called customer service they couldnt help me. They told me to call their bank which I did. They couldnt help me. I just said you know what F it Ill just pay the bill. Its a late charge. Big deal department at the bank said h*** give me $15 off. Now Im fighting to get my credit back and I will never ever step in Michaels ever again.

      Bought what were advertised 512gb flash drives from Michaels Internet that turned out to be 128gb, no where NEAR what was advertised, got nothing but apologies and excuses from their "service" department - finally after endless emails and phone calls, I just ATE their fraud and incompetent mistake, and will do all similar business from ****** and ****. As easily seen in their related complaints in this review section, their "Service" is a bigger time wasting joke than their advertising! Buyers BEWARE!
