    I ordered a bottle of perfume and it was damaged during shipping. Contacted the seller many times without any communication whatsoever. I asked to replace the item in question, and If that wasn’t possible to refund my money back

    On May 3rd, 2024. I had placed an online order for a cologne named (Oud for Greatness by Initio, 3.3oz) Valued at $189.89. It was scheduled to be delivered March 6th and the day came and went with no package delivered. I spoke to a customer representative from aurafragrance.com that said I would be receiving a phone call from Domingo (customer service representative) who handles the refunds. I never received such call. I called the customer service again and asked for the phone number directly in order for me to get this resolved and was finally connected with Domingo after several attempts.

    I continued communication with Domingo and explained to him that I never received my packed and that I would like for it to get resolved. He explained that he attempted to contact his "Boss" and that he hasn't got back to him in order to resolve the issue. It is now March 9th and Domingo does not return my calls or messages back.

    I haven't received any resolution to this problem and would like to escalate this complaint to the BBB.

    I ordered cologne and received it in a timely manner. Unfortunately, by mistake ordered the wrong product. I contacted them to get a refund so that I could buy correct product. (They don’t do exchanges.). So they gave me a shipping label and I shipped it to them. They received my product back on January 22nd. Now they will not refund my money back nor will they respond to my emails when I inquire about the refund. I have even just told them that I will just take the product back, as I would rather have the cologne I didn’t want than for them to keep my money! Still no response since I first inquired about the return. (They did respond to an early email stating it takes 3-5 business days to get money refunded. It is now March 7, way beyond that time frame!)

    I ordered a fragrance from them online and noticed once i opened it that there were a lot of issues with this fragrance. The first indication that something was wrong with this purchase was the 1. scuffed perfume top. 2. the scent is not what it is supposed to smell like 3. leaking around the perfume bottle top after spraying, 4. Missing labeling on the packaging. I have contacted this company via their website and by phone and have not received a response yet.
