      I ordered and exhaust system from Titan Customs in July of 2024 and was told I’d receive it in 6-8 weeks. I emailed them at the 8 week mark and was told that it was on back order. I said I understood. A few weeks later I emailed them again with no response. I’ve called them 10 times last week and this week. They have since blocked my email address. They sent an email yesterday saying my order has been canceled. I reached out to the manufacturer and they said they’ve only received 3 orders from Titan Customs this year and my name was not one of them. This company robbed me for $900. What is the BBB doing about this? There are tons of complaints and they say they have gone unanswered. How has the state of Texas not shirt this place down?

      I ordered a new exhaust for my motorcycle from Titan Customs on July 28 2024. I was told it would take 8 weeks to ship. it is 07 November 2024 (almost 15 weeks) it hasn't arrived and now the company isn't returning calls or emails.

      I paid $776.24 to this company to order me exhaust system for a bike back 04/23 and I never got product and refund. No calls or respond to multiple emails and dozens of calls and voicemails

      They stayed I got a return but never did. Nothing on my bank account or even them answering there calls to let me know

        I can’t go to my credit card as issue a refund cause it was my debit card. I went to my bank twice at well Fargo and they said since I approved the transaction on my debit card to Titan customs and didn’t revive any products that the issue is with me and Titan customs, not my the bank

      I already did a claim to my bank and once again they said they couldn’t help me cause y’all took my money with permission already from my debit card. The issue is with Titan motorsports cause I never received items or refund back.

      Titan Customs has not contacted me in any way. They have not refunded my money or sent the parts I ordered from them. These people are crooks. I have read many testimonies online about similar incidences like mine of the business taking customers money and not delivering products.

      On 8-2-2023 I placed an order with Titan Customs with an expected 6 to 8 week lead time (Order #23296). I reached out to Titan on week 8 (9-26-23) via email and received a reply that the order would be shipped soon, no longer than a 10 week lead time. I have since sent 17 unanswered emails and have been unable to get anyone on the phone. The phone system directs me to a voicemail which has several unanswered messages. I am concerned I will not receive my order and lose the money I have paid in the amount of $1,834.00. We are now at 16 weeks since the order was placed with no product or update on delivery status. All I am requesting is the product I have paid for. I am not sure if this business is closing or what the reason is for not replying to my messages or calls. I would like the business to contact me with an update via my email, ************************

      [This business has not responded or contacted me nor have they provided any resolution. I contacted the manufacturer of the product I purchased from Titan Customs and they confirmed they have not received any order matching my order for a custom wheel placed by Titan Customs. The manufacturer also advised me that Titan Customs is no longer an approved distributor and also stated they have received numerous complaints in regard to Titan Customs and unreceived orders placed for this manufacturers products. The fact that this business responded to BBB and has not bothered to contact me via phone or email is proof that Titan Customs operate with unethical business practices. I have requested a full refund and will not accept any other offer from Titan Customs. The wheel I ordered can only be made by this manufacturer and requires a 6 to 8 week lead time. It has been 17 weeks since I placed my order through Titan Customs and they are no longer able to place this order since they are no longer an approved distributor.  A full refund is required to resolve this matter. Thank you]

      [ BBB, i have attached screenshots of the email communication received from Titan Customs. As you will see, i have not received any response from Titan Customs since October 23, 2023. As stated in my previous complaint, Titan Customs misrepresented themselves by stating they have been in contact with me since this complain was filed. This is another example of the unethical business tactics used by this company. Another example is the email attached from Titan Customs claiming the product i ordered was being manufactured and was delayed. As confirmed in my previous statement,  the manufacturer confirmed they have not received any order matching my product specifications and that Titan Customs would not be able to place an order because they are no longer approved to be a Distributor for this manufacturer due to the many complaints received similar to my complaint. This company already has an F rating with BBB and i will learn from this experience to always check the BBB site for verification of company ratings.Titan Customs must provide a full refund on my order in order to close this complaint. Thank you]

      on 9/9/2022 I placed an order for parts from Titan Customs I was even given a Veteran Discount, Thanks15. original purchase was for $1315.18 Order number ***** for parts: ****** *********.
      I had ordered wrong parts and requested an RMA which was given **********.
      I returned part number:****** for refund of $584.96 and was never received.
      In the mean time I placed another order *****. on Oct 04/2022 so I would'nt have to wait for credit on original order, this order was for correct parts I needed.
      During this whole process I was talking to General Manager Laurie M. Phone number 877-711-3366 EXT.7 on multible occasions. there was always a problem due to Covid on their part.
      I was completely patient,I understood the delays.
      When I finally was fed up with the back and forth I was told to file a dispute with my Credit Union since they where having problems with orders.

      After that I still didn't get my credit of original order of $584.96 and refund of second order I never received $1569.57

      PROBLEM: SHE SAID ITEM WAS IN STOCK AND WOULD SHIP IN 7 DAYS. TWO DAY LATER SHE EMAILED AND SAID IT WOULD BE 6 TO 8 WEEKS BEFORE IT SHIPPED SO I CANCELLED THE ORDER ON 7/13/23. SHE SAID I WOULD GET A REFUND IN 7 TO 8 DAYS. REFUND NEVER RECEIVED AND THEY WON'T ACCEPT CALLS NOW. MULTIPLE SOURCES SAY THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND WILL NEVER GIVE A REFUND.

      Placed an order for an exhaust system on2/14/223 was told it was back ordered. Kept checking on order status every couple weeks until June 14,2023 when I requested order cancelled and refunded to be issued. Titan said to file a dispute with the bank and the bank denied it because it was over 90 days old since order placement. Have continued to reach out to Titan customs for a refund and keep getting the run a round. Getting ready to file with small claims court if not resolved soon.
