              Pedro Ro******* representante de Aquaworld vino a nuestra casa en octubre del año 2020 y nos ofrecio productos de filtros de agua pero nos engaño con gran parte de lo que nos informo.nos dijo que los filtros eran una ayuda del gobierno y nosotros le creimos el nos instalo dos filtros en mi casa uno para tomar agua y otro para bañarse al regresar pedro a nuestra casa traia un contrato y entonces nos comento que el costo de los filtros era de $8,200 y nosotros le contestamos que era mucho dinero y que no podiamos pagar esa cantidad y el nos dijo que si le davamos los pasaportes de nuestros cuatro hijos el podria asernos un descuento de $3,200 y nosotros aceptamos pero el tenia en sus manos el contrato ya firmado por la cantidad de $8,200 pero el nos dijo que no nos preocuparamos que el se encargaria de cambiar el contrato a $4,800 y que no pagariamos intereses y nosotros creimos.tambien el nos engaño asiendo que firmaramos un contrato de la persona que lo recomendo con nosotros otra deu

              In July 2023, my husband and I purchased a water treatment system from Aqua World. The transaction went smoothly as the salesperson was a friend. However, we later found out that the salesperson shared pictures of our driver's license and full social security numbers via a ******** group with other former employees. This irresponsibly shared information caused a lot of burden and trouble for our family. At least three credit accounts were opened under my name, and many other customers were affected by this group chat. When I approached Aqua World, they only apologized, but there were no repercussions for the salesperson or any compensation for the suffering caused to us and other customers. Therefore, I urge you not to trust your sensitive information to any employee of this company.

              Good afternoon, Thank you for your comments, regarding this case, appropriate measures were taken, the saleswoman was immediately removed from our company and at this time a legal process is being carried out with this person due to her malpractice in our company, we apologize for all the inconvenience caused, thank you for your comment, we take it into account so as not to accept this type of people in our company again, all your information is protected at this time without risk of being shared with absolutely anyone
